Sold me an overpriced table and chair set. One of the chairs broke without even using it! I have been constantly trying to connect with them and they keep on fooling me by saying it'll take 24-48 hrs for the issue to be fixed, but its been over 10 days now and neither have they fixed the chair nor have they replaced it. Absolutely worst customer care and third grade products sold at sky high prices!

Most wooden items use powder wood or MDF and are just tolerable quality, but the prices after discount are at least 15-30% more than similar items that can be manually made by carpenters (or reasonable local interior designers) with good quality plywood and some laminates. Similar case with sofas and couches, which can be locally fabricated at much better prices compared to even the discounted prices offered by these outlets.

Don't buy any product from home centre any product won't sustain for a long period of time they use cheap quality of products and they won't respond to ur queries or complaints

We visited here last week and bought Cupboard, corner desk,table, coffee table and planter stand...we were guided through by a staff named Harshith, he was very polite and gave us genuine information about the products and prices...presently black friday sale is also ongoing,so give a visit to Home Centre in City centre Mangalore and ask for Harshith's Guidance..

I bought more than 2 lakh worth furniture's this year .. Timely delivery and good staff and situated in third floor of Citicenter mall..

Had purchased a new shoe rack and within 2 to 3 days the furniture is bent.. Has white powder sort of thing coming out from all sides of furniture.. I suggest not to buy furniture from here.. The prices are high and quality is very poor. I gave the complaint and they didn't resolve the issue and saying they can't do anything regarding this.. I strongly suggest you guys to go and buy furniture from other good companies.. Don't buy from home centre.. Worst experience

It was a great experience shopping at Home Center. I got myself a recliner and so happy with it. Vanitha from the Center was very helpful. I recommend not to buy anything from here atleast not the ones made using plywoods. Coz i got a three-door cupboard which started having fungus growth within a week. I went to the store and informed them about this, and they said to keep an anti-moisture scahets then it'll be fine. I went and it didn't get fixed. I went again and they said it'd be fine after a year as it gets older. It's been a year and every monsoon it starts growing fungus. Basically, the quality of the plywood is really bad and the service is even worse. That was the last time I shopped here, and I recommend you not shop here.

lying cheating people! we bought a wooden wardrobe from them which was claimed to be made of all wood (including the shelves). but the inside shelf of the wardrobe is made of cardboard and not wood when we were clearly assured that even shelves were made of wood. We bought it nearly four years back and in less then four years one of them shelf broke off and that's how we found out about this. All the furniture in my home is from home centre and I'm worried about how many more such duped products they have sold me. please don't buy their products they are openly duping people in the name of brand.

Unfortunately I bought a wardrobe from home centre,mangalore for an offer price.I paid 32000. Now my work is to clean fungus and white powder coming from it once in a week. I bought other two wardrobe in my house from Good life furniture Kadri mangalore. 5 years over till today no fungus. I recommend to buy furniture from non AC SHOWROOM. IT WILL LAST FOR LONG. FURNITURE FROM HOME CENTRE IS JUST 4 MONTHS OLD.

Pathetic service! We ordered furniture from the store and the people who came to assemble the table didn't do their work well. It resulted in defect. There were bubble in the screwing point which is clearly visible and we tried raising it with the company and they say there is no defect and not ready to act on it. Such pathetic service not expected from a big brand like home centre! Lost all the trust! There have also been False update, delay and false promises from the customer center with disappointing response!

One stop to buy all that is needed for house. Reasonable collection. Don't expect help from staff. Place where you browse and pickup. Medium to high price points.

Not great in choices. But pricewise i don't think there is much competition. So, that's why people prefer there.

Visited the store at citi center Mangalore and wanted to buy a combo offer. The sales person first said 12 days delivery and the person behind the billing counter came back to say 45 days. We still insisted on buying they asked us to sit for 20 minutes and gave a page which said 60 days delivery and with a condition to cancel my order and refund Incase they can’t deliver. Please tell me what’s the point of shopping 😊😊😊

I had a great sales experience, but the after-sales service was disappointing. I purchased a few pieces of furniture from Home Center in Mangalore in January 2023. However, I have a complaint about one of the products, a bed with storage. Just a few months after purchase, white mold began to grow throughout the bed. Despite multiple cleanings, the issue persists and there’s also an unpleasant odor. Interestingly, I have similar furniture from Damro which doesn’t have this issue. When I tried to raise a complaint, they politely informed me that they don’t address such issues, which was quite shocking. They didn’t even attempt to suggest any remedies or solutions. Do expect a stark contrast in sales and after sales if you do go with Homecenter.

I had purchased Recliner from Home centre. It had 2 years warranty. One of my recliner broken which was not opening. I have complained many times.I'm ready to pay for their service But they can't give free nor paid services . Then what's use of purchasing from this centre. Please close the shop. Don't waste money on this shop. Worst customer care. Worst product service. worst shop
