Writing review so it may help others in future. We visited Dr. Yeshaswini Kamaraju yesterday (17th Feb 2021) to get assessment report for my son (he has mild autism features and needed report to submit at school for admission purpose). We were well attended by the receptionist and Dr. Kamaraju was very good at her job. She listened to us patiently and gave a detailed report for my son. She understood the purpose of our visit and accordingly prepared the report. She didn't mention unwanted details in the report which may otherwise hinder admission in the school. Also, she asked us to reach out to her through mail in case school demands for any further information from the doctor. We are happy and satisfied.

Our experience with Dr. Yesheswini Kamaraju was negative to say the least. Seeing all her awards and qualifications, we decided to go to her. But she was extremely rude and unsympathetic and traumatized my child. That is not how a doctor treats her patient. Her diagnosis of my child's problem wasn't right either. She didn't hear us out and literally threw the prescription at our face. She was of absolutely no help to us. It was an awful and painful day for all of us and we regretted being there. This was our honest experience with her and we would never ever recommend her to anybody.

I sent my friend for a counseling session dr. Yeshaswani . I think it was very irresponsible the way you handle cases. First I got appointment with dr. Yeshaswani and what she did was only to further recommend some other dr. So basically if you r acting only as a marketing face why bother us to wait for the appointment for 2 weeks . Either somebody tells the process beforehand so that one can decide if we want to wait or come for consultation or not. I think it is sheer waste of 1500 bucks . Not worth it at all . Nope I do not agree with your response m been consulting with really good psychiatrists . I think we do know by now what a good doctor means . You should tell beforehand what role will she play before the appointment . Like you are clarifying here in the post . Patient will decide whether he or she wants to even consult this doctor or not . It is totally injusticiable after giving the appointment for which one has to wait for 2 weeks . If we wanted to consult another doctor we could have taken the appointment ourselves. I She clearly said to the patient " how many patients can I handle " . That itself shows her un professionalism in this job . Nothing justifies dr. Yeahshaswani careless attitude towards a patient .

Total waste of time, no wonder why this clinic has lot of bad reviews, we got an appointment with Dr yesheswini after a week of waiting, and only when we went there and met Dr yesheswini, she realized that she is unable to attend any new patients as she is travelling for next couple of months. Her irresponsibility costs us lot of time and energy. I wish these doctors are more responsible and don't waste others time. 1 star is too much for this clinic

I am the clinic manager at The Reach Clinic . We have removed our listing from google page as we noticed a single user who is repeatedly posting hateful messages using profanity and engaging in cyber bullying. We have had the messages with profanity deleted, however the user continues to post messages every few hours through different names and hence we are alerting the readers regarding the same.

They say an old patient could far out-weigh a (new) doctor. Well, I have known Dr. Yeshaswini ever since she started practice in India in 2006. With all due respect to other doctors who work in this very 'demanding' stream of medicine, Dr. Yeshaswini came across to me as a very genuine doctor who unlike many in the business is a classic mix of a psychiatrist & a very articulate and powerful therapist - a combination that is increasingly hard to find today. Combined with her spiritual outlook, she is easily one of the best doctors you can find for yourself or for your loved one. YES - She does value her time a lot & is very particular about giving appointments which could sometimes leave a patient disappointed. Like any good doctor she dedicates a lot of time & energy with her patients (just like she would with you!), requiring you to show a little more patience. I really hope her Reach Clinic touches patients who are really in need & her skills make the world happier place to be.

Dr.Kamaraju should probably go back to Stanford and treat patients there instead of India. We are NRI couple and went to her to treat our teenage daughter anxiety issue. My daughter needed a convincing psychiatrist who could explain the benefits of medication, but instead the doctor did not utter even a word on the prescription. She was like "i have done my part, do whatever you need to" attitude. Second, Uma her psychologist in the next session for an hour kept on asking my daughters food habits for the whole hour. What an absolute waste of time and money.

Dr Yesheswini Kamaraju is one of the best doctors we have ever had the opportunity to meet and interacted with. We are extremely grateful and thankful to her for her support, guidance and treatment. My child is doing very well because of her excellent treatment and support. Dr. Yesheswini is actively involved and associated with a lot of charitable causes and NGOs. Dr Yesheswini networks with the entire community of the child at all levels and this is the reason for her continued success. She is able to get to the root of the problem and help the patient. Dr Yesheswini is a wonderful human being and doctor. We wish her the very best. Thank you. Mahalaxmi Subramanian

Dr. Yesheswini is an extremely patient, intelligent and empathetic doctor. She heard us out patiently and was able to make a diagnosis in the very first appointment. She was also great with prescribing the correct medications. When things were in bad shape, she was kind enough to talk to me outside of clinic hours and offer advise. Overall, she is a very sharp and comptenteng doctor and she understands teenagers psyche really well. I would highly recommend her.

Mental health is an area that's so ignored and in deficit of reliable and trusted medical care in our country. With increasingly growing pressures and challenges in day to day life, the psychological needs spectrum is becoming wider with no proper diagnosis, intervention and aide available in hand. As a mother of an adolescent who has been suffering from depression for over 4years the journey to her present state of wellbieng has not been an easy one. My primary challenge was finding a good combination of medical psychiatry and cognitive therapy. I share this review only to help other parents find the relief and the solutions that I have received at The Reach Clinic. I must emphasis, that a good and positive result will first emerge in your child when the parent is open to accepting the diagnosis presented before them and is willing to receive the recommendations of the experts at the centre. The role of parenting is fundamental in improving the condition or making it worse. At The Reach, I finally, after almost 3 years of trial and search, discovered the ideal space where my daughter could begin to heal. Dr. Yeshaswini diagnosed my daughter's condition rightly and the medications prescribed by her have worked wonders. The recommended therapy along with it at The Reach, with the very able Mrs. Ishita has been most rewarding. It has been such a relief to have finally found good medical and therapeutic interventiin. The team is trained, experienced, dedicated, honest and professional. They are on a mission to help people live better lives. And I have felt that in every single session over the last year and a half. It's always been my daughter's wellbieng above all else. Kudos to the team at The Reach Clinic!! Wishing you the very best in your endeavours. Ps. I must specially mention that the process of getting appointments and rescheduling with the front desk team has always been a pleasant experience. Thank you!

I had consulted the doctor on behalf of my relative. Over rated doctor, lousy clinic, you can find much better doctor elsewhere. Talking to the reception lady is very pathetic, completely irresponsible, don't know why the doctor kept her in Job. You can find much better doctor in smaller cities , she even can't do proper diagnosis. If you can't do proper diagnosis then what the hell you can prescribe the medicine .

Dr. Yesheswini Kamaraju will let you speak and she will listen. She is kind and will not rush you, and she will not deny your reality. She is clear about her diagnosis, and the treatment/s she wants you to follow (because she clearly knows what she is doing). Do note (if your blood test shows you are diabetic), you do want your physician to tell you that you have diabetes. Mental health disorders whether neurological or psychological in origin (Google it) are no different. Lastly, if you know enough to read this review before consulting a doctor, you are also capable of reading up/watching a few YouTube videos on your/your kin's diagnosis. Do yourself a favour and get some information by yourself on the diagnosis you are dealing with.

Please dont take the kids to the shrinks/idiots..Especially to yeseshwini kamaraju. Anybody please ask yesaswini to take Tibetan psychriatric consultation For her neurosis.plzz .dont consults this shrinks .Instead plz do learn Meditation. eat lot of vegetables, fruits, dry fruits. And jog and exercise regularly. If neccessory take ayurvedic medicine. Mindfulness meditation, veg diet, exercise,is more than enough....These psychiatrist simply create guilt in patients saying that they are not normal.most of the psychiatric DRUGS never cured anyone and makes the depression and anxiety worse than before. After quiting the drugs many have lot of suicidal thoughts . Plz just google and know the side effects before taking any pills(slow poisons..) plz dont waste this precious life.and never trust these headshrinkers.

We were looking for OPT(Oral Placement Therapy) therapist for our kid, and took the appointment after asking the same. But unnecessary have to go through two assessment sessions (on two different days) which cost us 6 Hours and Rs. 2000/- . But did not get what we were looking for (session from OPT therapist). If they don't have OPT therapist available, they should not have give appointment to us. Simply wastage of money and time to us.

I would give a minus 5 if there was an option. Go there if you want to loose your child. My child was wrongly diagnosed as having a Psychiatric problem when she didn't have any. This sordidly affected the family and importantly her schooling. By God's grace we went elsewhere later and all is well now.

The lift never works, I'm visiting this clinic regularly for last 2 months and never found lift in working condition. The clinic is in 3rd floor, and most visitors are kids and women but breakdown of lift making very difficult to goto clinic. When I told at the reception, they are saying issue with BESCOM and they are helpless. Not sure why clinic staff is not resolving the issue or not worried about patients?

Dr Yesheswini goes beyond the appointment time often because she invests time, energy and effort in every patient. She treats her patients with dignity and respect and is very polite and kind. She is one of the very few doctors who is genuinely interested in the welfare of the patient. Dr Yesheswini has won many awards and accolades and is highly qualified, yet she is very simple, humble and down to earth. A honor to know her.
