Unbelievable operation they have done , contact lens is Not good and when they are fixing the lens to the eye the lens is tilted and the nerves are getting pained and the operation done before 6 months but still it is not queried. The worst eye hospital I have seen in Chitradurga that is dursthi hospital

Visiting Drishti eye care is simply waste of TIME and MONEY😢. I thouht of not mentioning my worst experience in Drishti again.. But being a responsible citizen it is my duty to share my real experience in this eye care centre so that like me not others get fool and waste their valuable time and money... I have visited this hospital and got my father's cataract operation done here . Doctors are very well cooperative and diagnosises the problem perfectly and the operation also was good. All the staffs here are cooperative.

Very bad 😔 only money laundering.i just went about if contact lens are available.initially said yes and made file and check my sight then they are telling we don't have lens and doctor also not responding properly.asistant is checking everything forced to buy a spectacle with same power i was already using.dumb

My father Ramanna NS got the cataract operation in 2021. Doctor and the staff are well cooperative to the patients. I feel good service by the hospital.

Worst hospital, they won't give proper treatment and rude behaviour of the staff. Simply money is wasted, there is no skilled doctors and staff.

I had taken my granny for eye check up to drishti eye hospital.In fact it was for a second opinion. To my surprise my granny was so pleased with Dr. Pradeep and she agreed to get operated. After surgery my granny was extremely happy about the surgery done by the dr pradeep who engaged her in a conversation through out the surgery. She expressed that she didn't even get to know when the surgery started and when it ended. I definitely recommend this doctor for everyone who is looking for the classy eye care. Hospital is very well equipped but lacks a little cleanliness in the corners of the ward area.

Staffs are not so attentive. They missed to put drops in my eyes and made everyone to wait and ultimately leads to unsatisfactory experience.

All very good staffs, but doctor is not explaining proparly about patient conditions and doctor advice the eye glasses but in store is not available. I felt very bad.

I had gone to the hospital on 25th March for getting medical to my wife, Shobha Gururaj. One thing noticed there is patients are attended not on First Come First serve basis. We were made to wait for more than two hours after the preliminary investigation. Secondly, I had placed orders for glasses and paid Rs. 1900/- and I was told the spectacles shall be sent by courier to my Bangalore address, as I was to leave for Bangalore. Till now, there is no response and they are also not responding to the telephonic calls. Their charges for glasses are also on the higher side when compared to other opticians and their service is awefully bad. Pathetic. G. Gururaja Rao
