Very bad experience faced, service center people will give fake commitments without intimation from the top management, they will make you run around the showroom for months and the salespeople here don't care to you, my suggestion dont buy from here. Management doesn't exist at all you can never talk to a manager or a senor person here. Booking in bangalore now.

Worst service, no proper response from the sales people. No proper response N advice regarding RTO and registeration. They will treat you like a boos until you take the delevery of the motorcycle, after that will neglect you as much as they can, in all ways.

I purchased my dream bike himalayan in thz showrom on 25/11/22 ... on the time of booking I paid 5k as a advance..on 24/11/22 I transfered full amount to jilu bikes. on the time of delivary thy give me a keychain as a complymentry... we requested to return back my advance money bt showroom people's took 1.5month to return my advance money in thz time thy cut off the key chain money as 450 if asked abt thz thy ar telling like sr tht is not complimentry...tht is to be paid .. nw am asking showrom people's to pay 5k intrest for wt days thy kept my money ... thuuuu showroom people's... even service is worst...guys am requesting u nt go for thz showroom...

worst experience i just had at the showroom. sales persons are not at all interested in interacting to customers. and directly takes you to loan providers. though you i said cash payment. never seen such a arrogant and adamant showroom persons anywhere. :( :-(
