Worst show room in the world.very bad response and they cheat on people for money.

The current level of customer service is unsatisfactory, as there seems to be a lack of concern for customers' needs. The sales manager and other representatives do not provide adequate responses to inquiries, indicating a need for improvement in their product knowledge and customer service skills. It is recommended that measures be taken to address these issues and improve the overall customer experience. Pathetic.

Saketh auto mobiles is ok but in chitradurga showroom not have good service to customers, the reason is at the vehicle purchasing time cannot gives discount r any offer, are any extra fittings and simply my vehicle is don't have sound system are any speaker is not their , I really dissappointed

Executive, who took the car for servicing was very good, he did try his best to put the job card accurate, but technical team seems to be inexperienced, I have been servicing my swift for last 10 years and this is the first and bad service experience I had. I don't know how this is considered as authorised service point for Maruti Suzuki.
