Extremely rude, arrogant and irresponsible staff. Store managers/assistants do not know how to behave around a customer. Don't expect any updates regarding your orders. Good luck to you in case you decide to buy anything from here.

I had wonderful experience buying from Sudha. I purchased a Table & Chair. The chair had some defect, Sudha replaced it with new chair soon after. Then again the chair had some hydraulic issues after several months, even that was fixed immediately. I recommend Sudha for all your furniture needs.

Very bad experience! Even after a year broken chair is not replaced yet. Rude staff. No response to calls for service requests. I regret my purchase with sudha furnitures and would not recommend to anyone.

I will never recommend anyone to purchase from sudha furniture, first of all thier products are fake and thier staffs are soo arrogant and rude. I regret for purchasing from sudha worst shop worst furnitures everything got spoilt within few months not even a year.

I will never recommend Sudha to anybody. Mangalore manager doesn’t answer calls. They took one month to deliver a small bed. Wonder how the business runs.

Staff not active and irresponsible. Delivery is not as promised as per date. Customer need to follow up on delivery. In spite of fixing the delivery time by visiting their show room several times delivery is still pending. Totally unsatissfied about the service. Verities of furniture available. Regarding quality I share my experience here. I purchased a furniture in the month of July 2021. Its appearance is good. Have good design. But its joints are loosely done. Making horrible noise even when we sit on it. We phoned and requested show room many times for servicing but no response till now.
