Liked everything else apart from below Person who sits in the final billing section should learn to say thanks ( or say something back if customer says 'thank you' ). Hope der response is not based on the billing amount !!! more the amount more the hospitality or whatever?!

This store has always amazed me with new patterns and designs in gold .. purchased a ring ... Very friendly staff .. one of the staff Supriya helped me in buying a new design ring . .. Billing is bit lengthy rest all is good .

Good staff, the way of conveying the design's is awesome. Multiple options in gold but very less options in silver. Be careful while exchanging your old gold, i felt the agent played game with me.

I went there for my baby's ear piercing.They did piercing uneven initially and upon raising the concern they agreed to re-pierce the crooked one by visiting home. It's Good showroom but salesman forces everything to buy which ever item he shows... They don't bother what customer need & pattern is very important to the buyer... Making charges & wastage charges are high compared to other showroom... Almost we have to pay 10 to 15 percentage extra charged compared to other showroom...

Very polite and helpful customer. Still only good place in Davangere for gold and silver Ps: there was a typo. I meant polite staff (not customer) lol 😂 We always been feeling safe and secure purchasing gold from here. Had purchased 2 silver Ganesha idol and was amused that the cost was 15% less than other local vendors. But only complaint is before they were generous with tea/coffee/water bottles but now has become bit stingy even to regular customers like us. But no complaints yet because the price was highly discounted

Very unprofessional behaviour from Joyalukkas. They do not make the jewelry as per the order we give. They Will keep on postponing the delivery. We have to visit multiple times just to collect the order.
