Worst experience ever. If you had visited here last time, next time they say sorry we were not there last time so your last visit Gold plans etc all gets nullified. Had to fight with staff there. Also making charges are huge when compared to outside gold shops. Please visit local shops and take same Hallmark and Same quality gold with less making charges.

Located on the busiest, narrow, populous streets of the city. Old Davanagere business area. Road with many jewellary shops, big and small. Special parking area for its customers, in the cellar is not working recently. Popular branded Jewellary shop in small area with two floors in action. Jewels are good in items, themes, numbers but attenders are not in good communication. Post -corona time, this shop is not much impressive in all sections.

Very kind staff. Clean premises. One sales representative Mr. Muhammad Nawaz helped us a lot in explaining the schemes. With his help we were able to pick up the right scheme. Overall a satisfied experience

I got my Mangalsutra kambi fixed on 16th June... Now this is the condition of the kambi ... This store different sell pure gold.. not even a week n we are forced to visit the store.. after visiting the store, in house store goldsmith says ( the one who fixed it) it's not pure, he will fix it.. why to sell lower quality metal (branding as 22K carat) in the 1st place...

I don’t how people have rated 4.5, this is one of worst purchasing experiences I had ever, I recommend you to not come here by thinking big gold company, they are more focused on profit than customer satisfaction. My case:- I have purchased gold and I have not received the bill, which I believe my white money converted into black for them as no bill given to me, I had to fight with every one to get the billing back, If you are going for purchase please don’t think they are doing some favor or something be on top of what you needed from them get the same thing don’t get fool like me and get in to your self trouble.

when I was gone to purchase there collections was very good but please dont ever purchase from here quality is very bad within two weeks my engagement (fiance) ring got scratches we went to ask Malabar gold in Bangalore they said will do wash but u ll lose gold, how easily they are saying gold rate is very high if we lose half gram also it cost us more very bad experience gold quality is not at all good don't purchase..

The Air conditioned showroom is suffocating as the AC was kept switched off. The staff informed that the AC is under repair from the past 7 days. It is difficult for us to stay for even 15 minutes.
