Hanuman temple located just on the Tumkur main road.... Temple is situated near Amani lake , when you are traveling from Tumkur to Sira you will get this temple entrence which is magnificent and devotional, the statue of lord Hanuman carrying Sri Rama and Lakshmana to make them reach Sri lanka in search of Sita mathe is built very beautifully. The temple is maintained very neatly with all the basic requirements for the devotes who visits that temple, its very pacefull place for offering prayer. I suggest you to visit this place. The temple entrance has a huge statue of anjaneyaswamy. On Saturdays there is special Pooja in temple. Not so big but beautiful temple. Parking can a bit of problem especially on Saturdays.... Opposite to amanikere and district post office and district collector office... Every year at December in hanuman jayanthi they celebrate very grand and at top of the statue the hanuman flag is present every year on this day they will change that flag .... Awesome experience....!!!!

Lord Anjaneya is so majestic and full of life here. 75 feet towering presence is eye catching and mesmerising. It is believed that Sri Vyasaraja, Rajaguru of Vijayanagar Empire consecrated idols of Hanuman.

A big HANUMAN STATUE represents the power of LORD HANUMAN. Temple offers the devotees to come and take darshana of HANUMAN jii. You can easily find out the temple even your are travelling in a bus. Clean and tidy temple keeps calm the devotees. The big statue attracts every journist to visit atleast once. The archane, poojes are also available there. A very grand pooje is on every SATURDAY. A big festival like celebration takes place on HANUMAJAYANTHI.

This statue of Anjaneya Swamy is the main attraction in Tumkur which is located just opposite to Amani lake. Statue is very tall and we can even see Lord Sri Ram and his brother Sri Lakshman on the shoulders of Hanuman. The Kote Anjaneya temple is very famous in Tumkur. Earlier during the period of kings, they used to build a Hanuman temple near every fort so the name "Kote Anjaneya". This statue can be seen beside the main road. Temple ambience is so good and the main deity inside temple is also good. Every Saturday we can see hike in the devotees visit to temple. Parking the vehicles near temple is a problem. Many vendors sell pooja items and flowers near the temple premises.

Shree Anjaneyam Prassana Anjaneyam..🙏 This temple is situated at a very crowded and local place. the entrance of the temple that is the Arch is built by a huge statue of Hanumanji Carrying Shree Ramji and Lakshman. Parking there is no place, if bike then u can but it's too crowded. Do visit and get his blessings Also there is a park with lake view very near to temple, u can go there and chill out as well, it has entry ticket though. It was a morning breakfast ride for me, I came here took blessings and headed back towards breakfast. @hamsafar_adi89

Great atmosphere in n around temple. Big Hanuman statue on the entrance and around the corner of roads. Difficult to take pictures if traffic is present as it's close to trafic signals n very near to roads. Inside temple it's very peaceful. Good to visit if travelling via Tumkur to anywhere.

Definitely a must see when in Tumkuru. Parking could be an issue and don't need more than 15 minutes. Can be done in a day trip if planning a hike around the area as well.

So height statue. It is situated in Tumkur on the way from Tumkur bus stand to Chitradurga road. No parking place near to this temple.it is a circle. But looks beautiful in passing on the road itself. If you park the vehicle little longer roadside ,can offer Pooja. In case, if visits to Tumkur by bus one Km from bus stand. Number of autos available in minimum charge.
