Superb experience . The entrance fees is 100 per head + parking fees . There are 2 main attractions in this way . Jogi gundi falls and Barkana falls viewpoint . Both are just amazing . Viewpoint has breathtaking scenery . For jogi gundi u have to walk for 200 mts inside forest . For Barkana , u have to walk for 2kms . Please do not throw plastic waste, thank you .

Good place if you would like to get lost in the middle of nature. We went during the summer time but still we were able to feel the fresh and cool air. The entry to this place costs rs100 per person plus parking charge around 30rs. But once you enter , you can visit multiple falls like jogi gundi, barkana etc.

Waterfalls very near Agumbe. Must visit if you're staying in Agumbe. Falls open till 5:30pm. There is a forest checkpost or ticket counter at the entrance. The ticket price is Rs.100, you can ask for a discount if in a group. From the checkpost the parking should be around 2kms of drivable road. You can park the Vehicle there and trek for less than 500meters which includes steps to descend to reach the falls. Forest personnel instruct us to return back by 5:30pm since it will be difficult in the dark. The water at some point is deep and the force of water is high. This place is not at all crowded, very few people visit here. Parking is safe for both cars and bikes. Don't touch the plants and rails unnecessary since leeches may attract more. Still you will be having some leeches over you. Get some salt to get rid of leeches. Finally a good waterfall to chill and relax with less people and full or greenery around.

This place is so calm and beautiful. Very few people come here. The water is so clean that you feel like jumping into it, but swimming is strictly prohibited in this place. A very short walk leads to this place. Just a few Km from Agumbe. You have to pay near the entry of the road for the entry into the jungle. The water drains very quickly post monsoon still what ever water stays they remain clear.

The waterfall looks amazing! Initially you've to pay 100 rupees as the entry fees and then you have to walk for around 1kms to reach the falls The water was too much and swimming is not recommended (depending on the water flow) Over-all a nice view to sooth your eyes!

Before going to this place please have your food and take some snacks, as you can't find food nearby. 4. Visit during medium rainy days so that you can swim enjoy. 5. Be careful with leeches. 6. While visiting jogigunda waterfalls don't forget to cover barkana falls, barkana viewpoint and agumbe viewpoint.

I liked the Place & Atmosphere. I was unable to step into the water because of the heavy flow. Before going to this place I've read in someone's review that there are Cobra's & be careful. But there were many Leech & me & my four friends also attacked with Leech Multiple places in our Body. Better not to visit with Children.

This is the best place to visit post monsoon. We visited this place in December month. There was no crowd at all. It doesn't make any difference if water fall is there or not. Because, we cannot get down and enjoy the waterfalls.. Depth is too much and huge rocks are in between. It is advised not to swim. Sit on the rock, keep your legs in water and small fishes will tingle your feet.. free foot spa πŸ˜‚

This is a must visit place if you are in Agumbe (along with Koodlu falls). Unlike a traditional waterfall, water falls through rock crevices into a lagoon. There is short trek of 15 mins from parking spot through Agumbe forest and steps laid. Don’t expect to see water falling from a height in this place. Visit this place if you want to see a natural lagoon in the middle of a dense forest.

It's a beautiful waterfall and it is cherry on top when it comes to monsoon. We went it on Aug 14 from Udupi via Agumbe. If you are visiting nearby Udupi, this place is a must. From Agumbe, you have to take a side road which will take you to the waterfall. You have to trek around 500ms from the last bike stop. The trek contains leeches so come prepared with salt and all. Charge is 100rs per person. They won't allow you to bath in this waterfall. P.S. the waterfall is worth visiting.

Nice place to visit during and after monsoons. You will not find water if you visit the place in any other season. An easy hike of 15-20 mins from parking will take you to this place. Be prepared for leeches if you visit during monsoon. There is an entry fee of 100 per person. The place is maintained neatly so try not to litter around.

Very good falls..small one but has good flowing water. The trek to the falls is also an easy one ... You can enjoy the water body in pure Nature. There is a small boxed counter like the pan shop at the entrance of the road that leads to the falls. You will have to buy the ticket there. This is also the entrance to barkana trek and view point. So you buy the tickets for that as well in case you plan for the trek.

Great place to visit. It's a small falls, in the agumbe forest area. Beautiful and refreshing experience. Needs to walk about 400 meters. PLEASE DO NOT THROW PLASTIC AND ANY KIND OF WASTE THERE. LEAVE NOTHING OTHER THAN YOUR FOOTPRINTS. Please dont make this also dirty like other tourists places. For the entry you need to take a ticket β‚Ή100 not near the falls, near to agumbe where the forest region starts.

Augumbe’s a great place to visit during monsoon and I did that exactly. Refreshing and rejuvenating! Backwater, trekking, viewpoints, waterfalls, etc. A must visit place if you live in Bangalore, don’t miss it out.

It's completely feel is Bali, jogigundi falls with crystal clear water flows through the rocks. To reach jogigundi is quite difficult as trial is to small. As agumbe know for different kinds of frogs and snakes. Carry some stick and keep making the sound and trek for 1.2 kms from the entry point. If the water flow is more don't try to swim there. At the being needs to take ticket from the forest checkpost. Same ticket is issued for both jogigundi barkana falls. For Indians Adult 100rs Children 50rs Foreigners 400rs Wort in paying 100rs for 2 places, the views. Need to park the vehical at the gate or road side if gate is not opened,

Beautiful place. Came here after doing the Barkana Viewpoint trek. It's a small waterfall but really picturesque. Clean cold water. Swimming is not allowed. But you can explore nearby places in the vicinity of the falls and get some good shots.

Beautiful falls located very close to the Agumbe town. You need to trek for 10-15 mins to reach the falls. I went during the month of Jan and the water in the falls was negligible but the water pool is filled with crystal clear water. Be careful of the slippery rocks.

Be ready to get leeched πŸ˜… a beautiful location, there is an entry fee to take this road. 100 for adults, and 50 for kids. There is a short trek to reach the location. As it is a little marshy, there are a lot of leeches. Please do carry sanitizers as it gets the leeches off your body.

Not actually falls..! Maybe you may see during rainy season. But nice place to visit & can get natural fish spa for free of cost.

Its is located in Agumbe forest area, you need to take ticket 100 per adult in the checkpost. You can take bike, and take care of the leeches. You need to walk for half km to reach waterfall. The force of water flow is so high, 1 stream of water gushing down and another falling from height is beautiful to watch. Be careful of slippery rocks and deep water. Do not litter the place, keep clean, be responsible

My college friends and I visited a waterfall in February and hiked a nice path. However, the waterfall wasn't very impressive at that time. I later asked a friend when the best time to see the waterfall was, and they recommended the monsoon season. Also, there is an entry ticket of β‚Ή100 per person which is to be bought thete itself.
