Just another sunset 🌇 point here in Hospet, but also there is plenty of space for jogging et cetera as the back waters span atleast 2-3 kms wide.

Peaceful, but the amount of litter tourist produce is just disgusting ! There's not even a single DUSTBIN available at the dam area. So, if someone is going through this comment, please try to be a responsible and sensible tourist !

Magnificent view of dam backwater. The place is well maintained and is recommended for early morning jog and walks. It's a great place to find calm and peace . Can witness beautiful sunrise and set where water acts as a mirror with makes it more adorable.

Scenic beauty. No activities as such. Garden and park situated near to the dam are more exciting as far as kids are concerned. Google maps will give you wrong route. Ask local people for exact location.

The back water view of TB is similar to Kapu beach, it's seems to be ocean view. Vehicam can be taken near the bank of back water. Have no shops,

A good sunset and relaxing point .. Worth a visit at least once, if you are at Hospet. Plenty of options for snacks as well. Based on the seasons, the water levels vary .

Reservoir is huge, you can climb down the stairs and get a dip inside water. There are multiple placed tagged by people as thungabadra reservoir. Kindly check the count of reviews and photos of those places. This place is dam backwater, from here you can walk for another km and see the actual dam beneath you.

This one is pure bliss. It’s best to visit from July to September or Oct when the water of at its full. Crowded during weekend otherwise it’s serene and beautiful. And best to see the sunset so visit in evening. There s a small Japanese style garden called Pampavana. It’s not that well taken care these days.

Such a beautiful view of TB reservoir. I was amazed by the wind as the lake was even having Tide.. It made a second thought in my mind if TB is a lake or a sea. Mesmerizing view.

Best place to witness a relaxing sunset. Avoid chit chat to experience the fulfilling sun set experience. Couple of clicks won't harm 😉

This is the first time I visited the place it was really very good to see the sight, mind-blowing, winter wind will be blowing us and we can hear the sound of the wind and the water. Water lover people can have some fun over there, nature lover people can enjoy the view. Overall it's nice place to visit. Do take care of kids if u r visiting with them.
