The hotel knows what hospitality means in real terms. Super clean, maintained, spacious rooms with beautiful views of wind turbines. On the way to or fro Bangalore, it's a heaven to take a night break and sleep. The owner is a young man who is ever ready to take care of your needs, i was provided with tasty tea at 10 PM. He also knows in detail about all tourist places and guides you very well. My best wishes to this hotel and staff who cleaned my car as well before I was about to leave.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Chitradurga fort, which is worth visiting here. The management team are excellent at what they do. They maintain the facilities in very good conditions and all simple comforts are taken care of immediately. We are very grateful to Sreenath for looking after us and making sure that we had an excellent stay and carefree experience.

Highly recommended if you are looking for something close to the highway. We were here for a night-halt as part of a longer drive. Professional staff, clean rooms, spacious and everything works as it should; typically AC, hot water or something else is always an issue at such hotels. These guys have done a great job on the basics. They don't have an in-house restaurant, but there are other restaurants on the highway and hence shld not be a problem.

Just good things to say - the team were proactively following us when we would reach and provided all help, despite reaching extremely late. Good clean rooms with all facilities including wifi - did not even have to call up the desk once. Helpful and friendly staffs be like the icing on the cake. Overall an amazing stay experience

The owner of the property is very humble, polite and always take care of your comfortable stay. Rooms are maintained very clean. Staff are very good. Everybody smilingly serves you. It was like homely feeling for us. Location is also very convenient. Overall ambience, hospitality, cleanliness, location is very good.

Was looking for pet friendly property. And they had only one room with terrace with ample space for pets. This was really amazing and catchy for me. Rooms were clean an hygienic. Staffs were friendly and supportive. For foods you can order via Swiggy and Zomato as per convenience as they don’t have restaurant at them. But it’s okay for me as that was more convenient for me. Location wise really good as this was very close to highway and accessibility to property was very easy.

They and the staffs are very well behaved, courteous and attentive. The hotel is owned and managed by 2 brothers. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The charges were also reasonable. They don't have restaurent but I will still give 5 stars due to my experience. They suggested good places for dinner as well. I would definitely recommend travellers to consider this hotel for their stay in Chitradurga.

Venkatesh does an absolutely wonderful job in managing Sai comforts. What a great host with helpful staff. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. The location is perfect considering it's close to the national highway. The ambience and view from the terrace was very nice too. Keep up the great work Venkatesh!

Loved it. Very humble and friendly staff. Rooms are neat and clean. Service is very pleasant. Location is bit inside. It's close to old Bangalore Highway. Had to travel 7 km from by pass road. Bookmarked it for next time stay.

Excellent budget hotel. Enjoyed my stay. Gave extra mat without charge. Stuff is so polite and welcoming which took away our journey tiredness. I booked after 10 pm and they were waiting for us till 2 am with a smile. Blown away with hospitality. Good parking space.

I'm a passerby and there are some really good things vs some critical things about the hotel but the good things really stand out. Pros ---- Staff - like family Cleanliness - like home Maintenance - Simply sparkling Cons ----- Location - the access road was a bit difficult to find, hotel itself was very isolated. Price - was bit on the higher side compared to other hotels Insects - were really a concern & have to be addressed immediately.

Cleanliness best, Toilet and bedding best and clean, Gentry best, Approach Road best, Parking facility best, Hospitality extended by Sri Venkatesh really heart warming , with all the the pricing is unbelievably affordable. Best place to stay in town. Easily accessible and in close proximity to railway station, bus station, and important places in town. We stayed for 1 night, rooms are top-notch with all the amenities, and room-service is prompt and quick. Recommended hotel to stay for business and families.

Highly recommend this place . 3 years old property. Rooms are super clean, staff is extremely polite, (we have never experienced this kind of a good service anywhere in Karnataka), safe parking space is available. Owner's home is just behind the property . Price is reasonable. Everything is working fine including the AC. You can order food via swiggy/zomato.

Best place to stay overnight if you are on a long trip. Simple place, clean and hygienic rooms with A/c at a very good price. With many options to eat around it makes sense not to have an inhouse restaurant, though they offer coffee/tea in the morning. Staff are very helpful and courteous. Recommend for families for a quick overnight stay. Better to stay here than splurging in Davangere

The team's hospitality makes wonder. The owner was a down to earth person where he could make our stay very comfortable. We can use food delivery apps to get the food. The locality was very calm as it was a residential area. We really felt refreshed during our stay over there

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Service and staff behaviour was great. Rooms have clean towels, basic toiletries, kettle for hot water. But i missed lack of shower in bathroom. Except that all the things were nice. Had a pleasant stay.

We stayed here on the way to Mysuru. The room was neat tidy and well kept. Toilet had hot water.The staff was curtious and very punctual.They even saw us off which was nice.Felt like home. Even the bed corners had protectors so kids dont get hurt.

One of the best hotels i have ever stayed at. The staff is helpful and friendly. They have got Lift and clean bedroom and bathrooms. This is a bang on cash considering it costs less that 2k per room and that too comes with AC. another noticable fact was the ample parking space !

An excellent budget hotel just off the highway. Great value for money. Clean rooms, fairly spacious. Geyser, silent and efficient AC. Courteous staff, sufficient parking. 24h checkout. Cons: no restaurant in premises, though there are good options within 1-2 km. Also, no shower in bathroom.

First thing for everyone required is, neat and clean. It's here. Staffs are very polite. 24 hours hot water available. Comforts, bed, towels are very fresh and clean. Overall, very satisfied. Last thing, wifi speed is very fast. ☺☺

The owner is very helpful. The rooms are good. The location was good as it was just on the by pass road. If you're driving, this is a good place to spend your night at, as you don't have to worry about the traffic in town. Service is amazing. The owner also has a dragon fruit farm. I recommend visiting that too if you have a bit of time on hand or at least buying a few from him. The taste is absolutely heavenly!

If you are confused about your stay in Chitradurga district just blindly choose this place... Staffs were very friendly especially the owner himself was soo polite and available all the time.... It was a beautiful place... Peaceful stay. Room are well maintained it was very clean...It was more like a homestay... for me...

I think this has definitely got to be the best hotel in the town. The hotel manager is so polite, helpful and a great host. He will take care of each and every small thing for you. The rooms and infrastructure are so awesome. The hotel has a parking lot too. He even let us check-out late without any fuss. The best in the town for sure.

Room is well maintained. Convenient location. The manager (Venkatesh) is very polite and helpful. It is a good place for a break when you are on a long drive. They do not have any restaurant within the premise. But one can get Swiggy's service there.

The hotel is new and may not be luxurious, but totally functional. You will have everything you may need from a Hotel. The manager is too polite and always comes ahead to help you out. The stay is comfortable and you can trust it.
