Good food, Good service

One of the best restaurants in Chattogram. They are famous for their item Chicken Chap. They have kept their taste for a long time. Other items are also tasty. They have a open place to seat & environment is good. The place remains busy specially in lunch time & evening time. Customers have to wait for a seat. In the busy time waiters are so busy that you have to wait half an hour or more to give order. But though everyone comes here for their authentic taste.

One of the busiest place for kabab in Chattogram. I am not from Chattogram but whenever I visit chattogram i will go there for evening snack. Their kabab tastes good, they have a wide variety to offer. You can eat them with paratha or tandoor . Very good ambiance with outside sitting arrangements , but in summer some people may find it uncomfortable. There is a small air conditioned room with 10 people can sit . You have to wait long as the server not quick enough. They accept cash.

This restaurant is reasonably well. I visited this restaurant many times. I liked this restaurant so much. Also this restaurant is so near of my home residence. One of renowned & best kebab restaurant in CTG. We tried chicken tikka, beef & chicken liver. I personally loved it. Totally different from our Puran Dhaka kebab & Mohammad pur kebab. Taste was so good & price is pocket friendly.

I had delicious chicken chap that comes with very tasty and refreshing cucumber salad. Service was very fast even the place was packed. Good job! They only accept cash. The overall athmosphere is very vivid the place is obviously very popular among people👍🏻

This is a very famous KABAB house in Chittagong. That's why, after opening everyday, this place become very crowded. You will rarely get an empty place. Though, almost every items of them us very good and tasty. But, the old taste was far better than present. Their behaviour is also good. You may go there with your family and friends for hangout. But, because of heavy crowd , you can not sit here for a long time.

Still a good place for evening kabab / chaap snacks. We tried Shik kabab and Chicken Chaap. Chaap wasn’t saucy like other restaurant. Chaap is not supposed to be saucy either. The service was below standard and the wait time was 5 minutes to get seated. Environment was somewhat okay. Oh yes, they do not accept cashless payment.

I am a big Fan of Kabab Items and I think I can say is , royal hut still makes some of the best kabab items in this country, let alone Chittagong. Yeah, it's a bold statement. This place has been an OG kabab place , running for almost 30 years plus. They have been a good gathering place for folks in Chittagong. Regarding food, they make excellent ones..must try items are beef chap, Beef Brain Bhuna with parata, Lassi. They best part of them is they are well seasoned and not too many spices/ salt. It's always remain crowded specially in the weekends, so you have to wait for your seat. This food joint is still operational because of it's consistency. If you are someone from outside of CTG, this is a must place food joint to try.

This restaurant is an old and traditional restaurant in Chittagong. It is one of the top rated restaurants in Chittagong. This place has an open roof to enjoy the sky view and also a covered roof space for them who do not like to sit under the open sky. The place is clean and it would be more helpful for making the place hygienic. The service given by the employees are good enough. Two basin's are situated at the open space and there is a public toilet specially for the customers inside the restaurant. The atmosphere is much enjoyable. The foods quality are much better. Must visit this place once and try their food. Their liver fry is in the next level. Thank you. 😊

Good food, bad stuff behaviour. One of the oldest restaurants in Chattogram city - famous for their grill & kebab items. Their meat items are very good compared to the price. But they can improve roti/paratha items. The paratha was rubbery & hard to swallow. Customer service is not good. They keep their customers waiting for food, bringing the bills.

Its food are tasty. Nice environment for sitting. You can come with your near and dear.

Environment was not that much friendly. Food quantity and quality was below the average according to the price. A glass of drinks may cost you 30 BDT which was not accepable at all. Royal Hut has a name for it's place and food. But I think it's degrading day by day. Hope they will take necessary steps to cope up with quality and improve their ambience.

Best kabab place for me in Chittagong.Chicken tikka is my most favourite from here.But It's always a bit rush out here yoi have to wait a long time for seat.The stuffs are very rude.

A nice restaurant for fooding with friends & family

Royal hut is one of those restaurants in chittagong who have maintained their quality over time. The place has remained at the top for such a long time. When you are at the top sometimes you get clumsy which in the case of royal hut is very true. Whereas Their food quality has remained same(sometimes even better) the service has deteriorated. The waiters are slow. Their behaviour is not up to the mark. The place is unclean. Which they can keep tidy with only one cleaner. Royal hut has become more than a restaurant in chittagong. I hope they will start to show it in their behaviour.

Chiken caap was so talked food of royal hut. But i did not find it out that up to mark. The size of the chiken was small and it was covered with onions only. I was expecting more than that. If anyone have tasted Chiken Caap from 'Bismillah Kabab' or 'Bokhari Kabab' than I think you will fill the difference.

First of all , bad service. The employees are very rude. Mainly this food is over hyped. We have to tell 4 times for one salad and it came around after our dinner. Overall I don't recommend.

An overrated place where people dont get the proper welcome. As its always remains crowdy therefore the stuff becomes insufficient to serve them properly. Even they dont behave cordially. For family its tuff to find out places to seat . I dont recommend this over hype place to destroy you evening .

Despite being way too busy to find a seat to sit, it is still by far the best place to hang out and have good kababs with either naan or paratha. No doubt.

Kitchen opens generally after lunchtime. Located in the heart of the city and easily reachable. Street side parking facility available although weekends are very hectic. The restaurent is always full and there is generally a wait for table. Takeaways are available along with dine in. Outdoor and Indoor seating are available. A must place for try out whilst in Chittagong.

Food of this place is just value for money. Tasty, price is not high. Good for Kebab lovers. But, this place is always crowded. Even, sometime you've to wait in que to wash hands. Royal Hut is actually a traditional restaurant in the city of Chittagong. It was one of the earliest restaurant established in the area near M.A. Aziz stadium. It has been maintaining its level of elegance for years in term of taste of food items, in term of reasonable price and in term of quick smooth service. It's very popular and always crowded with customers. I think, maintenance of cleanliness might be an issue which should be taken care of by the responsibile authority of the restaurant.

This restaurant should hire more employees specially on Fridays. Problems like lack of food can be understood but employee behaviour should be improved a lot. The restaurant seems to not care about customer satisfaction becuz it has secured a large group of customers in the market.
