Food quality was good. Service also satisfactory and the environment was excellent compared to price. Buffet was reasonable.

located at golden plaza beside bata goli. previously there was Bonanza restaurant.now it’s changed to Bonjour. fully redesigned interior and exterior. lacks parking facility which is a big negative point. they use the footpath space for their parking which hampers pedestrians. interior is beautiful and spacious. they have facilities for arranging parties. stuffs are well behaved. foods are also good but need to improve.

Great place to hang out. Buffet is very affordable. Its only Tk 750+ for adult and 650+ for kids. Menu is quite ok with 60+ menus. Drinks cost additional charges. The ambient is nice and the staffs are helpful. One needs to book beforehand on weekends. Overall it deserves a 5 star.

I went there for a buffet. Most of the foods' quality were average. A few were really good I must say. I found the place very crowded, we sometimes literally had to wait in the queue in some turns. The food cooled down before it being finished and they took long to refill. Most of the dessert items except a few were just the rearrangement of the same ingredients, and some of them were really bad when tasted.

Very spacious and beautiful. They have 2 floors.3rd floor is for banquet or programmes for 300 people and the 2nd floor is for dining and buffet. Good Food, Good Place, Great Ambience Based on the old BONANZA, Bonjour is newly built, with its ambient decor and lighting. The food is average, like you would expect in any other restaurant - not amazing, not mediocre - just ok. The price is also on par with regular pricing. All in all, its a great place for taking your family for a cozy dinner.

Price is also higher than peer restaurants. 500 ml mineral water costs Tk.25 with 15% vat and 10% service charge. 250 ml coke costs Tk.40 plus vat and service charge. Went there for my little brother's birthday. We used to go there as a family once upon a time when this place was the undisputed kind of fine dining in Chittagong. Even though many of the employees are still there and the customer service is impeccable, I definitely did notice that the place is very run down. They have not renovated in ages and offer the same old food. It's a lovely place(maybe I am biased because I used to come here as a child). With a much needed renovation of their interior and menu, this place would be right back where it used to be. After all, it is one of the oldest in Chittagong and very few things can dispute the good will purchased with time.

In a word fantastic. A restaurant name BONANZA was existed there before BONJOUR. A newly and with soothe modern interior decoration a new restaurant begin it's journey in the food arena. For 2/3 years they were existing with their food service with great passion and with market recognition with fame. Recently they added with buffet...lunch time and dinner time food service, that caught attention of huge food lovers around Chittagong city and there is boom in their business by doing so. Around 61 items display of verity food items from chicken, mutton prawn,beef, fish were kept. Food that week before we had were best to have. I think business wise they are good and will try to remain good.

Went for the dinner buffet with a group of 10+ people. We pre-booked one table for a small event. The food variety and quality were okay but not the heating system. As a result, many of the dishes were luke warm or cold. And, the refiling wasn’t fast either. However, the worst part was their service/behavior - from pre-booking to leaving the restaurants we encountered multiple super rude employees who had no clue about service management in hospitality industry and it seems they didn't care either. Also, they seemed not professional/trained enough on buffet management. Already around 8 pm the whole restaurant turned out to be a crowded bazar area with all guests running towards buffet tables and making it a big mess. And, the staffs had no clue on how to manage it professionally. So, yeah, they need to improve a lot provided they aspire to be a really good restaurant. Good luck!
