The food is really mouth watering and is good in quality. The service is also up to the mark.

Tried their fish and chips with their cafe Americano and hot chocolate. Really good taste! Especially the coffee. After coming home I was looking for a nice coffee shop with original coffee, not the fake filter type. And this shop is close to what I wanted. They have nice collection of foods which go well with coffee or for a evening snacks. Fish and chips was good. Only suggestion I have is to improve their interior and sitting areas. The place doesn't feel very open and relax. Too crowdy considering the shop size. A coffee shop should have a large relaxed interior. Definitely going back but expecting to see a more relaxed environment next time.

One of the best restaurant in Chittagong. I love Their Interior. Their service is so good. I never felt bored to order any food or drinks. The staffs are very cooperative, well mannered and quick to answer. Someone's is funny though. Once i asked for "চা" and one of the staff replied no maam we dont serve চা, we have tea... One of my funny jokes i have ever experienced, 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Their juice items are number one. How can i forget their nachos.it is best dish in whole Chittagong. I ate many nachos in many places. But their nachos is the best one. Finger licking good. I must recommend to visit segafredo atleast for once. Once you will visit,it will never stop. Trust me. Best wishes.

Good environment. Classy interior. Tasty food. A little pricey.they charged me 70-100tk extra as vat but didn't provide memo which is very disappointing. I've ordered Their seafood soup. Food was tasty but i've had better at lower price,ingredients was more also.

Staff are very nice and polite .Didnt like the chicken salad , chicken quantity is less. The chicken burger on the other hand was excellent and they have good coffe. Would recommend.

My favourite to go place to hang out. A bit overpriced but the quality and hygiene is worth every penny. The amenity of the waiters are satisfactory as well.

A cool place to seat with your friends to have good food and conversations. Sitting arrangement is great and the behaviour of the restaurant staff is definitely likable. Things to remember: Price is a bit high at Segafredo and also 15% VAT is applicable. Smoking zone is available.

It's a must visit place during our every Chittagong trip. Small cozy place for hanging around with family and friends that offer very tasty and quality food. Especially their Prawn Linguine Pasta, it's simply AMAZING!!! The only item I don't like is their semolina coated calamari (forgot the actual name), but it's just my personal opinion. Also like their Nachos among other items. Seating arrangement is a bit cramped owing to space constraints. They also have a Smoking-Zone in a balcony type space within the vicinity.

Food & environment was great but the price is a bit high for the general public. Hope it'll be much more reasonable soon.

Too pricey. When asked for WiFi the staff simply replied that there is no more tokens left. The lobster menu that I ordered looked good, but was not the best when it came to taste. The music was too loud.

Their Pizza, fish and chips were pretty good. Although you have to wait for the food a bit longer than the usual other places, also their sitting space is not huge. But food is good, so you should give a try (if reasonable price is not the only thing you are searching). I have tried fish and chips in many places, but till now I love theirs the most. Ummm But I asked for a drink (canned coke)which took almost an entire hour to be served. I don't know why it took so long.

Very good coffee. (Tried the americano, the cappuccino and the mocha). Cool drinks (tried two smoothies and their blueberry mojito). I would recommend the mojitos over the shakes if its a warm day. Their shakes are fine but their mojitos are very VERY refreshing. The decor is upbeat and the staff is very helpful. The only downside is the coffees/drinks are 50-100taka overpriced. I don't know if this is because they're using imported coffee (if so they didnt taste any different and I do know my coffee notes :3) or maybe because chittagong lacks other coffee places like segafredo and so there's a lack of competition. Whatever the reason may be, if you want to have some good coffee in a "coffeeshop" setting and dont mind spending 300 segafredo's the place for you

The place was amazing. Coffee was great. I am definitely coming back for the waffles. The service was smooth. I hope they open in Dhaka soon.

I think it’s better to rename Chattogram than Chittagong.

Firstly the food was AMAZING!!! You have a wide range of food to choose from. We visited Segafredo thrice, and each time the food left us speechless. From the presentation to the quantity to the taste of the food, it was truly amazing. We fell in love with the red velvet cake on our first visit and we even took it home (to Dhaka ) on our last visit. The red velvet cake is definitely recommended for people with a sweet tooth. Other than that, we highly recommend trying the seafood soup and the seafood platter. Secondly the employees/ staff members warmly greeted us and were very friendly. Thirdly, the restaurant had a nice ambience. The only food that we didn't like was the chicken breast; it was a bit dry and tough, a sauce would pair nicely with it. Overall, we had an amazing time and we would definitely visit Segafredo again.

Taste is awesome, sea food soup is a must try. Blueberry cheesecake was very good but Didn't like the Nutella waffle that much. Too much sweet for me. Price is hella expensive, even good taste Doesn't justify the price. For high price rated 4/5 otherwise 5/5 if u have some cash to burn

Interior is beautiful. Staffs are well mannered. Tried Nachos and Capaccino. Tastes are good. Overpriced restaurant. So, check out the price before hang out there.

I mean this coffee shop costs prices for coffee like Crimson cup and North End but th and quality is no way near. Moreover the furnitures here are not comfortable at all. Very congested place . Disappointing as a coffee shop

Update: November 2021. Highly disappointed with the cappuccino. Proper Barista training required. Coffee tasted overburned and tasteless to be honest. Might give a try again next week in my next visit or just look for some other coffee place.🤷🏻‍♂️ Pretty good. Food wise and staff behaviour wise. Finally a good place for coffee in Chittagong. Better than having nothing. Pizza was good so was fish and chips.

Great place to chill, for a coffee. Had the Mayan Mocha, it was quite interesting. You kind of have to grow into the cinnamon tast in a mocha. Loved their peach iced tea as well. But overall, great ambience, good staff, nice out door arrangement as well. A bit on the pricier side, but kind of lives up to it. Would recommend.

I always liked segafredo for their pasta and dessert but this time I gave their other foods a try and it was amazing. A must try is their seafood soup and their Kabsa meal which is not exactly authentically middle eastern but it is good in its own way, definitely worth the price, tender meat and flavorful rice.

I took red velvet cheesecake. It was superb. Bit expensive but worth the price. With it I chose caramel coco smth mocha. It was creamy, bitter as coffee should be for mocha. Had a good experience.

Over priced. Ordered Latte, then Cappuccino the other day. Both times coffee tasted like coffee flavored hot milk. Service was okay. The atmosphere felt way too crowded for such a small space.

My only (dining) experience was ordering a pizza at 9:15pm. Tanner answered my telephone call to inquire about the time of service and the pizza options. He took a lot of time discussing details with me and even went over the menu - assuring me that I would have my pizza by the time the kitchen closed at 10pm. At 9:45 the pizza was delivered PNG HT as if I were sitting in a restaurant. It was delicious and exactly what I ordered.

Best For Coffee in town as well as Sea food platter , pastry , Seafood Soup , only Italian Brand in town

Food is quite good here. While I didn't post a picture of the pizza, it is a big try (the base sauce was not flavoursome)

Tried the place this evening....very good coffee, ambience was good and the service was up to par. We tasted three different kinds of drinks from the menu other than the cappuccino which we found a little on the cooler side (i like mine hot, a personal choice some might say) everything else was top notch. I believe I am a big coffeeholic so I know a good coffee when I taste one. Keep up the good work!

Right now it’s so popular for coffee shop at Chattogram. Yesterday we four friend tried at Segafredo. We spent a very good time over there. We have some foods over there. Here is my personal food ratings. Blue Curacao Mojito 8/10 Prawn Linguine Pasta 8/10 Chicken Alfredo Baked Penne 7/10 Beef & Butter Pizza 8/10 Overall foods are fresh and good. Remember when you will visit there keep a good budget in your pocket. Finally Place is bit small so it’s become crowded always. Now owner should think about a big place. Service is good but need to improve some point such cleaning table properly, their hygiene. I am recommending this place and will visit again.

Well, I visited their outlet on last Friday. Segafredo Expresso is an Italian chain coffee shop (as they claim). Located in Nasirabad Area of Chittagong (just beside the Sailor’s outlet). They have many options for coffee lovers, and I tried the Cappuccino Vienna (as shown in the picture). Their price is a bit higher comparing to other coffee shops in Chittagong. Nonetheless, they offer great ambiance with separate smoking zone. Additionally, their staff are well mannered. The reason why I put 4 stars is that the coffee I bought wasn’t worth the price.

The environment and the behaviour of the staffs are very good.

Segafredo is an international chain. Origin from Italy. It can be identified as a coffee house. As their name suggest. Their menu has a lots of coffee options. And their food menu has a lot of Italian inspired food. The price their is a bit high. As expected from a international chain. Their service is good. The stuffs are well mannered. One thing that make them distinct than others is they have a smoking zone. It's a good place to have some coffee and snacks while having some conversations.
