Hotel room is big, tidy which is a basic requirement of an expensive hotel. The restaurants in the hotel are all expensive, and I don't think it is really worth to pay. The breakfast is not good enough, some food are even cold and not warm. The WiFi in the room is terrible, very slow and always disconnect. The Gym in the hotel "looks" good but the facility are really dirty, it seem nobody clean the facility, I feel full of oil/waxy on the handle.few years ago myself attend a iftar party.lt's also arrange a buffet dinner program.lftar item menu and cooked good but dinner item too much bad.l see specially fish is totally spoiled.I can't just belief it because lords in is a well know hotel.l am eating rice others item.After take dinner I take tea.Oh my god I see its tea or water. Lords Inn provide both Hotel and Restaurant service. Rooms are So So Which was not very much gorgeous but not so poor type. It is located near CDA avenue which is very busy and prime location of chittagong. Their food was good. They provides complementary buffet breakfast for room booking. They do not have any swimming pool to relax also they do not have any bar, spa and gym. Need to Improve their room service and wash room. Air conditioning room but AC not work properly. Staff behaviour was not so good.

Lord's Inn provides both hotel and restaurant service. I never used their lodging so I can't say anything about their hotel service. But I have tried their Restaurant several times and went to few occasions in their hall room so i could say something about those. Their restaurant has one of the exquisite buffet menu in chittagong. It's rich,versatile. The foods are greatly cooked and taste excellent. The place is big so it's perfect for big groups of people. The ballroom is perfect for small gatherings . The stuffs are well behaved. All in all a good experience.

Its is okay regarding cost effective and road communication. The hotel authority need to look seriously to improve service quality. Specially, the restaurant it is not clean at all. Two days of my staying last week I found cockroach walking in the table and plates. Also need to give attention to serve all the items when breakfast time starts. Anyway, I wish Lords Inn authority will take my suggestion positively.

Got a room which had a peculiar bad smell in the toilet & bath. Changed to another room which seems better. I am here during a local event, and there are continuous noisy processions on the roads. The room gets unbearably noisy as well. Below average breakfast and a below average restaurant. They have a dinner buffet roughly once a week and none of the servings are worthwhile. Restaurant gets crowded and noisy during buffet evenings. Otherwise, food from menu tastes very basic. Find another place if possible for long stays

As per location Hotel is good..very near to peninsula hotel.. I got the top floor here too.. Found the fare a little bit high but as per location and morning breakfast is buffet;so it’s can be adjusted 🙃 There’s also space for safety underground parking.I took my car felt OK and totally secured. Appreciated

A roof with many things. Bank, residential hotel and restaurant. I only know about restaurant. Their food is so much nice. They have buffet lunch, in a very comfortable price. More than 36 items are there. And the quality of food is nice. Hot, fresh and yummy.

The ambiance and the services don't go with its name. The washrooms are not cleaned enough. The doors make annoying sound while closing. A/C doesn't work properly. Water comes from A/C while running. The food quality is not up to the mark.

Located at one of the hotspots in the city. Great place for guests visiting the city for business/pleasure purposes. Sparks Restaurant has good food. Plenty of other restaurants all around the hotel.

stayed for a night.Huge room with good amnities. Was too tired to go the restaurant so asked for room service which was fast and food was satisfactory. Buffet Breakfast has so many options. The only thing bothered me is the noise of vehicles passing through flyover.prime parking space.

Worse complementary breakfast. they have 3 main curry once those finished its over never refill. Had that experience twice in 2 year back to back. I have waited 40 minutes to refill and asked several time but didn't tell me that they are not gonna refill it. Stuff's are good though. They are not that cheap in terms of Bangladesh. Need t9 be more professional
