This is the worst hotel in Chittagong. They charges a lot for their room where as you can book way way better hotel in Chittagong like hotel agrabad and best western. Well park hotels breakfast is not that good. Well park was designed for apparent and they changed their mind and start a hotel. All in all they r pricey and service is very low and room is very small. Not recommended to stay there.

They claimed to be a 3 star hotel service but it’s just another residential building wrapped with good interior and some local folks in service who doesn’t have any idea in Hotel management. I would say they hardly pass a 2 star category. Room pricing and food cost is above 3 star category though! We booked few rooms via GoZayaan here during my sister’s wedding ceremony. The hotel is just beside my home at Chittagong, the purpose for booking there was for my Dhaka guests accommodations. They never called before the time we arrived. When arrived at lobby, they mixed up with rooms and made us waited half an hour. I missed the hospitality in parking, and in the lobby with my guests. So I regretted booking here instead of Peninsula. The room quality was good. room service was good as well. The living area outside the rooms had no fan or AC where guests usually wait. You can’t sit for long there in a hot humid days. In the breakfast, no way it was a 3 star hotel breakfast. They should increase the number of items. No pool area in the hotel.

An affordable hotel to stay at Chattogram if you are coming down to the town within a budget. It is situated in a convenient location , hospitals, restaurants, fruit shops and supermarkets are in walking distance. I was happy that after dinner in the evening I could just walk a few steps and there would be fruit carts. Surprisingly it was not noisy at all despite being in the centre of the town. The ice cream shop downstairs has good choices of ice creams, you know if you want a cheat day ;) . The reception desk can be a bit slow but overall not bad, will recommend and go back again.

Its a 3 star hotel. Rooms are cozy and homely environment inside the hotel. Complimentary breakfast was ok considering the room rent. Swimming pool is unavailable. There is a zym also which requires maintenance.

This hotel is located right in the center of Chittagong and the location is absolutely perfect! It features a coffee shop, an ice cream shop which is open till 12-1am and a great hair cuttery place for men right on the premises. The staff is very nice and the service is excellent. You can come and go as you please at any time if the night or day and CNG / Taxis are available nearby. The rooms are pretty small and we had, what they call a suite but it was very cramped. It did have a balcony and the bathroom was clean. The mattress was not of the brightest quality and the bedsheets seemed to be severely dated and it seems as though they use the same sheets over the years. I was not comfortable with the cleanliness of the bedding . I think it is not very well priced because if you book in advance you can get a room at Agrabad Hotel for a similar price. Overall, it is not a bad hotel, but I think either they need to update the hotel to justify their price or lower the pricing overall. Presently as it stands, I cannot really recommend this because there are other options that are priced similar to this hotel.

I love this restaurant. Rooms are very tidy, clean & well decorated. Most intriguing place is rooftop garden. It’s just awesome.

I liked almost everything about the hotel, like place, environment, cleanliness and especially the behavior and services of the stuffs. Buffet breakfast had many items, which I didn't expect at all. Parking is too small for the guests vehicles. And the last, the room is too small compare to the price. It is too small for two people. Otherwise it could get 4 stars.

It's a very well located place in chattogram. Hotel and service is good. Rooms are ok but need to be more open . Windows are needed for all the room. Service needs to be little better . Good sea fish available. Food is testy .

Overall service level is good. Room is clean. The staff are responsive. The location is premium. My only concern is the room service menu. I would recommend to revise the menu and include some snacks and beverages that are compatible in price. Breakfast buffet should also be revamped a little in my opinion.

Service atrocious! I was served cold soup! Room very small with no space beside the double bed. The verandah was so small that only one chair could fit in a double bed room. Better to avoid.

This hotel is owned by a well known company named WELL FOOD. It’s a so called boutique hotel so not very spacious but a regular type of Bangladeshi standard hotel. Well maintained, clean lobby and room also. Food is also good too. They try to maintain the quality as goos as they can and it’s a good initiative by the well food company. The only thing I didn’t like is the price. In fact, unfortunately the hotel room rent is very high in Bangladesh. If we compare the standard with Thailand, India, Sri Lanka at this price rance we can get way better facilities. One very common thing is Bangladesh is you have to wait for a long time for the room chek in. Anywhere you go except the proper 5 star hotels by any means you cant get the room before 2pm. May be in our country stuff are not well trained to handle the rush…. I never face this problem in any other country. Apart of that, I would not recommend this hotel for the family who have kids but for the business trip or solo travel or only couples its good enough.

Stayed three nights on Feb'24. Very noisy room even at 6th floor due to adjacent busy streets. Room size ok. Room ameneties not well organized. Small reading table and uncoordinated deaign of room furnitures. Food part was disapointment. Tasteless food. Staffs at dinning area do not maintain hygene..two days i saw they are sneezing and coughing..but no masks at all. At breakfast, consequtive three days i found read toaster not working. Room toilet size very small and shower has issue with exhaust water clogging. Will try to avoid this hotel in future until unless no other option (this time due to cricket match, all other good hotels like Peninsula, Radission etc., had no rooms available during my stay)

It would have some more points if the behavior of the front desk was a bit well behaved. They definitely need some behavioral training and objection handling training. Treating your corporate guest like they are "illiterate" is definitely a slap worthy behavior. Otherwise, rooms are fine for a short stay. As the name implies, the rooms and environment have residential vibe to it. They provide most of the basic amenities, nothing exceptional. good for short business trip.

Wellpark is a good boutique hotel. I stayed there for 3 nights, booked an interconnected room as i was travelling with my wife and kids. The check-in staff was prompt but we had to change the rooms 3 times to get to our desired room. The room was good, would have liked a bigger tv than 24inch for the price they are taking. The toilet was good but sometimes the water at the shower enclosure was getting clogged. The staffs were nice and helpful, the room was good, the bed was comfy and the choice of items in the complementary buffet was decent. We had 2 dinners at the restaurant and the food were ok. Must mention the coffee shop abd icecream shop were nice.

Location is good . Just few minutes walking distance to the streets and shopping mall. Staffs are friendly and caring The breakfast was great. Variety of food .

The name of the hotel we'll deserve it's ambience with beautiful rooftop....n food served is quite xpensive ...but taste is worth a penny...

The well park residence was a great place to stay for my weekend trip. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the major attractions. The room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet was quite good. My only complaint was the slow Wi-Fi. Overall, I would highly recommend the Hotel for its convenient location and comfortable accommodations. Oh, I forgot to mention amazing complimentary breakfast considering the cost.

Need to make sure Clients got food service till 12 am at night. Very few option after 10.30 pm. Otherwise hotel located in prime location of GEC MOORE,chattogram. Room is neat and clean.

The rooms are spacious,clean, the room service is also good but there's no window in the room, my personal choice is always a natural light in the room during day time so I missed it. Also the front office attitude is a bit cold and not so welcoming.

Well park residences is located near GEC roundabout at OR Nizam road. Its conveniently located with access from city's commercial hubs. Parking facilities available. Room for drivers are also available at tk2000. Rooftop restaurant has a very pleasant ambience. Gym facilities, business centre are also available.

Rooftop garden is one of the best places for any type of small social gathering . Food quality is not upto the mark, needs improvement.

Love this hotel in Chittagong for its location. It is exactly near GEC square and all the basic commodities and popular cafe/restaurants are nearby. The rooms are good for a 3 star residence, what I love the most is the common area Infront of the rooms. This space can be used as a kitchen or a work space.

Premium behaviour and service with buffet complementary breakfast. Rooms are small compared to rent but well organized. Specially I loved the balcony. Smoking and gossiping with friends or quality time passing with family members can be possible in balcony. Rooftop is very greeny. I really liked this rooftop.

Coral Thai spa was disappointing. Room was cold, noisy and uncomfortable. The masseuse were talking to each other in the room. My partners masseuse kept asking how much time was left as she was running out of things to do, while my masseuse shared suggestions.It was unprofessional in multiple aspects. I left feeling irritated rather than relaxed, I wouldn’t spend my money here again.

Good place to eat, dine and stay. A good team is there to provide the best support. Some of the food is very good to taste. There is a rooftop restaurant and bar - be - que place where some of the great dish made. Most beautiful is the location, you can see a great portion of the city, an incredible view. The waiters are good and cordially help to choice your meal. Bangla, Indian, Chinese, Thai all sorts of cuisines are available here. The rooftop garden has many details, small flower tree, a small fountain, the sitting arrangements all have an esthetic outlook. At the ground floor there is a coffee and ice cream shop. Cons: -Washroom had somewhat old setup and was below expectations. I have seen better washrooms in this hotel during my last stay. However it was clean. No hygiene issues whatsoever. -No pool. -Items in the breakfast buffet seemed pretty regular. They were only a few and had no live setup for omelettes, which is very common for a hotel this standard. -Surrounded by buildings/ construction area. No view.

From well park, i thought i was at my own home. They provide me a room inside the executive suite and the room quality was very good indeed. Rooms are clean and well decorated. Toilet is also neat and clean. Even though breakfast items are limited but food test and quality was very good. Room price is also reasonable. All other service were very good.

Stayed there 2 nights. The rooms are not upto the mark. It's basically an apartment converted hotel. Rooms were not well furnished and washroom fittings were very old. The breakfast had moderate items but expected more. The rooftop ambience is cool.

Well Park Residence is a very quality place to stay. I love their service and location. They have an excellent rooftop bar-b-q place. I really like the buffet breakfast. Food is little expensive but tastes is super. Overall Well Park is one of the best at Chittagong because it is secured, very comfortable and cozy. You can stay here for a business trip or family holiday trip. I wish they had a swimming pool!! Anyway highly recommended.

I had a good experience while staying in this hotel. Considering the cost, which is not too high considering Chittagong, I experienced good service from the staff. Morning breakfast was above average. My room size was big, but one of my colleagues room was a bit small. Structure wise, it felt a bit old, but the furniture was new and well maintained. Overall, it is recommended from my side.

Stayed there for few times for business trip. The room is big. Service is good too. Foods are delicious. I was surprised by everyday room cleaner. Because of hurry time in the morning, I kept my few clothes on bed randomly and left the room. When I came back at night, I have seen the cleaner folded my clothes very well and kept with decoration. I was moved by this. Felt better from inside. Just want to say thank you so much for this hospitality.
