There was a mold on the tiles in shower, mold on the towel (probably because it was stored wet for a long time), the coffee was served in a cup with dirty stains on it. We checked in at 4 am in the morning. After repeated failure to check in from 2.30am to 4 am we made break through here. Despite the odd hours the reception was cordial and friendly. Room was clean and tidy. It is simple and comfortable. Hot shower is available with free breakfast upto 10am. It smells good too.

Most of the rooms have doors, toilets & beds that are not suitable for existance! Finally we took our deposit and left the hotel. Never recommended to anybody!

Good Location, walking distance from Central point of Agrabad. Room was clean, it's ok for short stay. However, the entrance of the hotel is not suitable for disabled and old age guest. And their restaurant and the complementary breakfast is too poor, it should be improved.

The behaviour was superb and very helpful staff. One problem though the swimming pool needs to be changed more often it was dirty and unhygienic at first glance.

The regular price for the single room is bdt 3500. Complementary breakfast and one hour swimming is included in the price. Breakfast time is 7 am to 10 am and the swimming time is 8am to 8pm. Room was quite good but only thing that I found the TV was not working. Very good WiFi service with good speed. No non air-conditioned room is available. Very wide lobby. Lift service was good as they installed Thyssen Krupp. Hope you have a good stay with your friends and family or business trip.
