The world's rubbish hotel with 3rd class services. Staff are thieves + managers are connected with them. when we left room for lunch, they entered into the room & stole 5,000+ tk from my bag. Manager didn’t take any steps, they said they would check cctv footage but no response. We had 7am train that’s why we don’t take any step against the hotel.

They have garage with 5/6 car parking system.At room hot and cold water system. Here A/C and non A/c room available. Single bed, double bed and for family three bed room available. For the residents guest complementary breakfast available at buffet system.

Rooms need renovation and washrooms need more ventilation. Breakfast was good and enough in quantity. Location is a great factor to book this hotel. Just walking distance from Chattogram Central Railway station. They have small arrangements of parking.

The hotel is in a great place. Rooms are clean. TV wasn't working. Well ventilated rooms. The room I stayed had no outside light. The best thing they provide complimentary breakfast... Very delicious.

The hotel is good enough but the staffs are seems like too bored of the guests.. not even seen a single cordial or smiling face in that hotel.. the porter n servicemen are too much hungry n aggressive for tips.. I'll surely find alternatives for the next time..

This is one of my favourite & one of the best hotel in Chittagong. I visited this hotel many times & I liked this place so much. Room quality is good, but breakfast quality is so much much poor and very disappointing.

Single A/C Rooms are small and untidy. Washroom must go through renovation immediately. I have stayed in this hotel for nine times so far. Either for business or personal visit, I always reminded myself that the hotel is too old and requires immediate attention to its rooms and washrooms. They are quite dirty, lousy and cannot expect better service. House keeping staff are lazy enough without supervision and they seems greedy about getting tips.

Great location. Opposite of Hotel Nizam. But, A Receptionist was not trained up. I was asked for a query that Have any chance to reduce the fare of room rent due to we'll check out early morning for departing to Dhaka? He has said - NOO! It’s very disrespectful for us.

Good looking, arrangements and services were satisfactory. They have prayer facility. Washroom quality and heygiene condition need to be improved more to match with other benchmark.

They charge very much also fake 40 items breakfast buffet they only offered 10 items only maybe also their water supply has some issue messed up my hair.But Breakfast food was delicious only 1 service with goodness

High price compared to the amenities, cleanliness, and staff behavior. The staffs are super rude and everyone is looking for tips. Simply put, they don’t care about the customers.

Room is not up to the mark compared to the price. 1. Washroom door lock was not working. 2. Basin was not clean. 3. Intercom was not working. 4. We had to go all the way down to the reception to order food and complain about the issues.

The cleaner did not clean the room. Intercom connection and wifi not working properly. Food quality is very poor. AC makes a lot of noise Not satisfied with the response time. Overall i disappointed with there services.

Everything was good but using their bathroom was horrible . Their bathroom doors got stuck 😑.After complain they didn't gave a proper response . ☝️ Before check in you guys must be check your's room .

One of the best place to stay if you are looking for a place on station road. Cost effective. It offers complimentary breakfast within the price where adjacent hotels offers only room. They have 2 quality of rooms in ac range. The better and obviously costlier one is on 9th floor. Important point: they have rooms for 3 tenants in one single room. This is not usually available in hotels. Breakfast was minimal yet of good quality. They provide paratha, vegetables, daal, khichuri, Egg vuna, halua and tea. The quality of tea can be improved. One more thing to be improved: Room service. They take care of the rooms regularly. But sometimes forget small details, like checking toilet paper, toothpastes etc. Other than that, this is a classic and cool hotel to stay in.

I have stayed in a single ac room. I had book the room over phone while i was traveling to ctg in morning train. The room was quite good, spacious. But the wash room is too small. The room tariff is little high. But, the staffs are well mannered. However, they need to redecorate rooms. The hotel provide complementary breakfast ( 7.00 AM to 10 AM), providing daily bd breakfast menu.

One of the best old hotels in port city chittagong. Once upon a time it was listed as the best and busy hotel but now not much, but it's busy and booked all the time for its location. The room is not clear, ac not clean so much allargetic . Dust everywhere. Sofa, ac, curtain. Overall service is medium till now.

Visted: Good place to be for a 1/2 nights. Room rent is fixed whatsoever. The rooftop is amazing. The rooftop restaurant's food is good but service is a bit slow. Specially the "khichuri" is very tasty there. Room order service available.However, the beds need to be cleaner.

Poor service, Land phone is not working, staffs are very unprofessional ; Don't have manner to knock to enter the room. Won’t recommend this hotel.
