Specially breakfast deserve 10/10 😍😍😍 All was good, overall service, room service, complementary breakfast. 4 star cause there was no inside lock system. Only the push door lock. I was there with my family. Anyone with the key can come inside as there was only one lock. So, I felt insecure. I told them and they took the initiative and set a new chain lock at room 309. The Hotel needs a lot of improvement in terms of service and cleanliness. Specially the water is not at all usable. So much iron and totally reddish. Its location is quite good. Its service and facilities are very poor according to the price and standard. You can easily understand seeing its pictures. Only good thing was they didn’t ask for money for the halfday.

The Hotel is situated at the crowded part of Ctg, Kadamtali. But even though, its nice. There are some rooms with Water Heaters and AC, which are very nice. The only thing i missed during my stay was a balcony. Interior is nice, but the light inside the rooms are a bit dimmer which may upset u. Also, since its just on the road, u might feel disturbed with the outside noise from time to time. The staffs of the hotel are very gentle. And they will offer u good discount, if you have the right approach and tone.

A budget hotel for accomodations at kadamtoli near station road. No privet parking for bikes. Have to park in footpath. Though a security guard was there in whole night but it seems risky and dust ruined the bike. Hotel stuffs were very good in behavior and manner. Liked their way of conversation. Morning breakfast need a big time improvement. They serve only a ruti with a small bowl of vegetables and a egg. Oh the tea they served was good. But the food need to be improved with quantity and quality. Room was decent and clean. But electricity was surging a lot in the morning. 😑

I stayed for five consecutive days and in a economy single room. It was cheap & all the facilities we're there. Breakfast & Dinner is good and clean. Staff is very cooperative. Location is a bit busy but altogether a nice experience.

The customer service is great and reception is very active at customers requests. However the photos of rooms from the website doesn't match the real life room condition. The room I got was super tiny and had no warm water. Also the WC wasn't clean enough so I had to complain and reception sent someone to clean the WC. I wasn't happy with bed linens and towels either, they looked old and not as professional as shown in the booking websites.

One of the best budget place to stay in Chittagong City. Room rent is low to moderate and the service is good, not excellent though.
