This is the best hotel in Chattogram. I’ve stayed here 3 times so far. Twice in the Superior Room and once in the Junior Suite. These rooms have great views. I personally liked the swimming pool view (stadium view) from the top floor. The city view is also good. The food from room service is top notch but a bit pricey. Buffet breakfast in the morning seems average. Number of items or variations could be increased. I faced bit of scattering and unpreparedness due to guest rush. This is the improvement area. The swimming pool and the associated area is superb. They have a very good gym with sufficient equipment. Although I just used the treadmill. Overall experience is very good. Recommended.

▶Chittagong War Cemetery ▶Location: Dampara, Chittagong City Corporation ▶Brief Description: Chittagong war cemetery is a burial ground for the soldiers who died during 2nd world war. There are about 755 graves at this war cemetery. Most of the soldiers buried there were from United Kingdom-378, Canada-25, Australia-09, New Zealand-02, Undivided India-214, East Africa-11, West Africa-90, Myanmar-02, Netherlands-01, Japan-19 and Non-soldiers-04. It is maintained by Commonwealth Grave Commission. ▶How to Go: There are so many buses approaching to Chittagong from Dhaka. Among those buses, Shohagh Paribahan, Green Line, TR Travels & Saudia are dependable to go Chittagong. From Chittagong bus stand, you may ride on an auto rickshaw to reach at Chittagong War Cemetery.

(Translated by Google) Chittagong War Cemetery Commonwealth War Cemetery Chittagong is a monument of the Commonwealth War Graves Commission which is commonly known as Chittagong War Cemetery. After the Second World War, the British Army established the Chittagong War Cemetery. Due to the training of the army during the war and the facilities of the British General Hospital No. 152, the Allied forces of the Second World War set up a camp of the Fourteenth Army in Chittagong. The hospital was active from December 1944 to October 1945. At that time, a large number of soldiers in the camp were sent home wounded. And in honor of those who lost their lives in the war, a group of British soldiers erected the tomb shortly after the end of World War II. Initially, it was possible to bury about 400 bodies in this tomb under the supervision of the army. At the end of the war, additional bodies were shifted from Lusai, Dhaka, Khulna, Jessore, Cox's Bazar, Dhoya Palang, Dohazari, Rangamati, Patia and other temporary cemeteries to this cemetery. However, at present there are 631 tombs out of which 16 have not been identified. There are about 20 tombs here among the foreign nationals (Dutch and Japanese) killed in World War II. Among the citizens are 37 from UK, 25 from Canada, 9 from Australia, 2 from New Zealand, 214 from undivided India (Bangladesh, India and Pakistan), 11 from East Africa, 90 from West Africa, 2 from Burma, 1 from Netherlands and 19 from Japan. John. According to the profession, there are 543 soldiers, 194 pilots and 14 sailors in this cemetery. Apart from wartime graves, there are 4 graves of civilians in this cemetery. Of the total graves, the identities of the people in 16 graves are not yet known. One of the best hotels I stayed in Bangladesh. This hotel is truly nice. The ceiling lighting up at night is simply magical. So many healthy indoor plants shows how well taken care the place is. Food is great. Lift offers great views. On clear days, you can see the sea from your room. The pool is amazing. There are several facilities for a building with vertical expanded design as opposed to horizontal. The lobby is huge.

Probably the best 5-star Hotel in Bangladesh. Their consistency in providing excellent service is incomparable. However, some rooms need to be cleaned more often as I had found a dead cockroach one day beneath my bed. Otherwise, excellent people!

Loved the Hotel ...its beautiful... rooms are good ... beds are too soft and comfortable...toilets are big and well equipped - daily amenities were there ...Inroom facilities were adequate . Loved the house keeping and room service facilities. I need them badly for my children !! The staffs were always helpful ! But one problem we faced, that is during check in time we had to wait for a long time in the Lobby - they were not ready for us although we paid one day advance for each rooms earlier !! We had 12 rooms including Junior Suite rooms and Superior rooms and few Superior Connecting rooms for families ... this was not expected !! Otherwise all were good .. maybe they can include few more continental breakfast items in the menu as its complimentary with the room and also its an International Hotel where foreigners stay for business purpose regularly . kids loved the hotel .. would loved to stay there again if we visit Chittagong ....

Good atmosphere, Good Service. Room could be better as they were conjusted. The twin rooms attached to the master bedroom was below average and despite being the same price as the master room was very small. The bathroom of this room was tiny as well. Breakfast was average, there should be more options. Pool area is beautiful and well maintained. Night swim options are available as the pool closes at 10pm. The star like lights in the hallways is one of the unique attractions of the hotel and make for a good photo spot.

Its one of the finest 5star hotels in Bangladesh. And most finest in Chittagong city. People could find it expensive but it's fair as the services are top notch. I recommend it for your stay in Chittagong. Happy travelling. It has fine dining, swimming pool, bar and so on. You should definitely visit these.

Stayed 2 weeks for a business trip, rooms were excellent, plenty of free safe to drink water available Restaurants are good, but my only complaint would be the waiting time, 40 minutes for a steak (every day the same) is a little over the top… Good sauna, good pool and a great gym. Thanks again for the stay!

This cemetary is so neat and clean. Very nicely organized. The people assciated with it really takes ome good care. Local people will not recognize it as War Cemetary. You have to call ''The Christian Graveyerd''.

The only signature chain hotel in Chattogram and unfortunately right from the beginning suffering from poor occupancy. As 5 star standard this hotel offers all qualities. Nevertheless year long pandemic made all hotel occupancy worst. All room offers excellent panoramic view and situated in a very prestigious location. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Although everything looks very neat yet more cleanliness is much expected. Buffet breakfast needs more attention since in my two nights stay I found guest are awaiting to be refilled dishes. At the entry of restaurant during breakfast no one checked / asked our room number with their list . Else everything was fine. Hope post pandemic situation will change everything. Best wishes to all hotel staffs and management.

The Lounge is a good place for a calm and quiet hangout at afternoon or under the dim evening lights. The lounge is open till late night. The behavior of the stuff is good. We took the buffet from the Express restaurant located on the 2nd floor. The food although lacking a bit of diversity, was cooked pretty well. The salad and dessert items were delicious. Everyone should focus on these if they want to enjoy the buffet. Ice cream was also available and they were better than the local brands of Bangladesh.

What do i say. In a word extravagantly splendid. From entering into the hotel area, to the every aspect of the premises will make you feel luxurious. Had breakfast there. Items are delicious and had large varieties to choose from, be it English, continental, desserts or juices. Their service is top notch as it should be. Staffs are highly professional and knows what they are doing. They have two separate lounge for having breakfast which i loved very much. Because it helps to give a less crowded atmosphere. Other than that, the environment is as much neat and comfy as it can get. Staffs are less intruding which i loved very much. The pool side is wonderful for morning and evening chills. As well as for taking a swim. There are small tubs too if you're not comfortable with a big crowd. Forgot the most important part, the rooms. Well spacious offering a soothing view of the poolside and stadium that is situated alongside it. I just loved relaxing by the window in my super comfy couch. From top to bottom it was a wonderful 5star experience i have to say. Highly recommended. Also allows wheelchair parking providing the accessibility.

A true 5 star, special thanks to the operations manager and all other staffs for their true professionalism. The hotel itself is beautiful. From the nitpicking details like lobby carpeting to the materials used within the hotel, all are of great quality. There is also live piano music and great complimentary buffet breakfast service. Not to mention the mesmerizing view from suites. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Raddison stands tall with it’s true international standard in this bay of Chittagong.

The staff was lovely, and my room was spacious and very comfortable. The business lounge was closed, so they gave me the buffet for each night. The food was okay. I could have used more live food stations and a better food selection. I would have loved to see a pasta or pizza station. Overall, my stay was very nice, with the hotel surprising me with flowers and a delicious fruit platter. The hotel is centrally located and a popular place for gatherings. The public places are a bit dated but well-maintained. I would stay here again. The rates were very reasonable for the level of service and overall comfort.

Their entrance has a big black gate with guards available 24/7. Concierge and Reception are indeed hospitable and they even recommended me places to go to. Room was clean and luxurious with tv, couch, a desk for your workspace and good view of the city. Loved how there is light on the mirror in the bath room. There’s a bath tub and a shower area. It had complete toiletries like towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and a soap bar. Room has a small vault for your important items. Kettle is available with a selection of coffee and tea. There are other food options available in the fridge for sale. They have an iron and laundry service too. Lobby is spacious with charging ports available in the corner and a café. At night, I was surprised with the sparkling lights per floor and there was a live piano session. This hotel has an amazing pool, gym, spa and salon service. They offer buffet on the 3rd floor and an Italian restaurant at the top floor. I loved Mezetto restaurant as it has an outside view. We tried their Chicken Caesar Salad which was a little bit spicy but good. Also ordered Pizza Margherita, Corn Fed Chicken Breast and Papaya Fresh Juice. Their serving is good for sharing. Overall, I’m glad I have stayed in this hotel.

It's possibly the best hotel in Chittagong right now. Overall service is good. However, there are lots of rooms for improvement. Love the interiors. Layout is good. Food is great. Amenities are good too. But nothing outstanding. The presence of brand signature is less prominent.

What a peaceful place to be! The War Cemetery at Chittagong | 1939 -1945 Unfortunately the authority doesn't allow people to be inside the cemetery for the last 6 months as they (visitors) don't visit with responsibility, which results decreasing of the peace and it's beauties....

I'f you want to sink in luxury and comfort and ready to pay whatever it needs, then you could choose either the presidential suit or the royal suit for your family. The presidential suit comes with two bedrooms. The master bedroom is attached to a private pool with a balcony that captures the view of the sea. It is wonderful to see all the lights of the ships on the sea. Also a big part of the city is visible too. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and a powder room attached to the living room. There are two dining rooms. One has a four seater table and the other one has an eight seater table. There is a kitchenette with European brand coffee machine. The fittings and interior is really spectacular. There will be a office table as it is expected that prominent busy businessman would probably stay in such facility. The breakfast buffet is also a good one. There are lots of restaurants and shopping places just across the street from the hotel gate. They also have swimming pool, gym some indoor games and tennis court as well. The staffs are very cooperative. My children wants to go back there again.

Beautiful hotel, excellent service, convenient location. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Chattogram. The staff at the hotel are super friendly and go the extra mile to make guests feel welcomed. We really enjoyed our stay. Food is delicious but the menu needs updating..they don’t have many vegetarian options and everything has potatoes in it. With the rich harvest of vegetables in Bangladesh, I’m surprised there isn’t a wider variety of vegetarian options at the restaurants. Did not enjoy eating potatoes all week.

It is a very nice hotel I like it very much. It has a very nice view. When you come here. There are so many palm trees in front of the tower. Which is very eye-catching. And after you come to the gate. Here there is too much security in the gate. They check you and your bags. And inside have a receiver. And inside there is too much lobby inside. And there are too many facilities.

There is a complete lack of hotel service staff in the breakfast room, which makes it difficult for them to keep up with clean-up and to find available tables even though guests are sparse. The gym has plenty of space and equipment for use but is very crowded with local users who are clearly not hotel guests until the gym closes in the evening. In addition, local users occupy the machines (without using the machines) while chatting on their phones or surfing the Internet, leaving few machines available for use. Because of this situation, it is a noisy situation, and there are very few people who seem to be hotel guests, perhaps because they do not like this kind of situation. Perhaps the worst staff I had the misfortune to encounter was the staff in charge of cleaning the rooms, who were working while the staff chatted with each other and showed no consideration for the hotel guests, which was a disappointing situation. Although we had many complaints about our stay, there is no doubt that the hotel is the best in Chittagong in terms of quality, so we hope that the above-mentioned points will be improved as soon as possible.

It can be a very good 5 star hotel as it claims Infrastructure are getting old needs renovation, staffs need to be more organized and polite. Some staff of managerial rank behaves rudely. Overall location is very good and tourists can enjoy a comfy and secure night over here. One suggestion is that there are tons of good restaurants near the hotel, so people staying at the hotel don’t have to purchase over expensive foods but enjoy delicious foods at a cheap price from the nearby restaurants.

Excellent location and nicely decorated lobby and rooms. Very comfortable bedding and bathroom. On the other hand, the breakfast was overcrowded (stayed 25 December), and there were insufficient staff to clear plates and restock items. Check in was slow. Other than these, service was good and I would stay again.

Being Radisson chain, the room is spacious and bed and pillow is comfortable. Only let down is, this place not allowing you to bring food and drink from outside. I use to like order from nearby restaurants, and eat it in the room while catching up with work or Netflix. Food in the hotel is decent but too pricy. Overall it is safe and decent place to stay, except when there is a cricket team stayed for the competition. It could be little bit overwhelming.

Had a fantastic stay at #RadissonBlueChattogramBayView in #Chattogram, Bangladesh. The architecture of the hotel is truly captivating, with its open area design that offers breathtaking views and a sense of boundless space. The room I stayed in was well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Check out the pictures for a detailed look! The breakfast at the hotel was decent, although I would have liked to see a wider selection of options. But that's just my personal preference. #BreakfastExperience However, I must mention my disappointment with the airport shuttle service. I had specifically requested for an airport shuttle, but unfortunately, I was made to wait for more than 45 minutes with no sign of the shuttle. In the end, I had to rely on Uber to make my way to the hotel. #AirportShuttleFail Despite this setback, I thoroughly enjoyed my overall stay at Radisson Blue Chattogram Bay View. The stunning architecture, well-equipped room, and pleasant ambiance made up for the transportation inconvenience. #GreatStay #LovelyAmbiance

The overall service is good, and you appreciate the interiors and layout of the hotel. The food also received a positive mention, and the amenities were deemed good, if not outstanding. However, you mentioned that there is room for improvement, suggesting that there might be opportunities for the hotel to enhance certain aspects of its offerings. Additionally, you noted that the hotel's brand signature could be more prominent, which may contribute to a more unique and memorable experience for guests. Thank you for sharing your feedback, as it can be valuable for both the hotel management and potential guests seeking to understand the hotel's strengths and areas of improvement.

This hotel situated just at heart of CTG city. What can I say!!! Their services are just awesome and professional to have. Anyone can feel 5 star service in this hotel. Views from the balcony were gorgeous, as there are some hilly area around the main structure. Car parking, entrance, rooms, kitchen, resturents are are well equipped here. Any one can order foreign dish anytime here. Another thing I must tell, there are a lot of tea stall, and street food court just outside this hotel where you can enjoy street food too....😉

A Best 5 star, with Beautiful, near n clean environment. Special thanks to the Management and all other staffs for their best professionalism. The hotel itself is beautiful. From the nitpicking details like lobby carpeting to the materials used within the hotel, all are of great quality

The entire view and decoration of this hotel is fantastic. Also i am pleased with their hospitality and also their service is fantastic. The location of the hotel is good and you an easy communication to highly price range areas within a limited budget accommodation. The service & total atmosphere will be a nice package. So I recommend this hottle to all of you.
