One night stayed at new grand park , initially I can’t find it though google map , after contact with hotel , we found it beside the peninsula hotel , along the path and step up to the upper floor , then found their front desk , , room is quite big but a little old , rate is reasonable , therefore I decide to stay ! Bed also big , washroom is okay , just find the exhaust fan upper the toilet , it doesn’t matter , but the toilet cover almost damage , not at the right position, it need to replace ! Meanwhile pillow sheet seems to be very old , not bleach it , therefore color a little bit yellow, I put my own towel to cover it ! Regarding the breakfast, they call me to take it outside the room , 3 pieces toast with butter and egg with juice ! I think I can accept it ! But the tea is too much sweet ! I can’t afford , management need to training employee to ask customer demand , and adjust the sugar for suitable for different customer! My conclusion: I can accept grand park hotel and next business trip, I will come back again !

Grand park hotel is in the heart of the Chittagong city, it is nicely placed and well connected to all around the city. It is pre booked required. Breakfast is good but less quantity. Services are well delivered. It is readily available in website to have contact number for reservation.

We have previous experience to stay here. But in comparison their service goes a bit down or may be the average standard goes high very fast. Whatever, this time the experience is good. Note that, their food is too expensive, may be considering my type customer :D. Best wishes for the hotel and for whom will travel here.

Horrible experience. Unprofessional staffs and not helpful at all. Rooms are big but unclean. The worst thing is the breakfast. They are so rigid and rude about the breakfast that couldn't even provide a few breads after 10. Left in a few hours because of their horrible environment.

Old hotel, it was fantastic in its days, they could not maintain it as a result it has degraded. But has big rooms for a average price. Ok for short stay.

Room Size was Big but old fashioned furniture. Washroom was big as well. Room amenities were poor. No tea or coffee arrangement. Most disaster was the complementary breakfast. Only one menu with poor quantity and the taste was not good at all. Restaurant is too small to sit comfortably. Service and communication was not at all professional. They took 29 minute for my checking out which was very annoying. Only the location is good as the hotel is in CDA avenue.

Good Location, Huge room size, good Service. Anyone have Necessity inside the city, this could be a great hotel solution.

It's more of an old looking hotel. The rooms are good but the service is not that much satisfying. There are pests in the room and at night there are mosquitoes. However their complementary breakfast is quite good. But they need to transform their rooms with new air conditioning and furniture.

I stayed there for 4 days and will do the same in future. My only feedback is, I think they have some plumbing issues as I found strong stench of ammonia in the washroom coming from the drain pipes. Otherwise, it's a budget friendly hotel considering the room size.

One of their rooms and the bathroom are not right. The bathrooms are very smelly. There is no drain for water.

Rooms are very spacious. However there is no available parking for outside guests. They even have a bathtub in the room's washroom
