One of my office HR booked this hotel for me because of an official invitation organized by my office. When i reached there, they told me to show the marriage certificate as proof of evidence. I told them that Isn't it enough to submit both of our NIDs.! though i had all those documents. Then i talked with my hr and showed them all my documents. But refuse to stay at their hotel. 😃😃 Immediately i took a booking in hotel Alena and stayed there 2 nights. Worst experience ever in my entire life of travelling.

Worst ever experience in a hotel. This hotel is very old & the service is not like before, it's very low quality but they charge too much for that they offer. Firstly: The rooms are very old, ac doesn't work properly(also very old) & make wierd noises, Washrooms are very dirty & doesn't function properly & full of mosquitoes. Secondly: The staffs are very unresponsive, had to ask for a pillow 5times & change rooms multiple times due to problems in room. Thirdly: This is a very old building, lift is worst & doesn't work properly. I was stuck in lift for nearly 30minutes & instead of apologizing, they were giving excuses. Fully rubbish service Lastly, the buffet breakfast was not good, there were only 6/7items & had to tell them repeatedly to refill. Even some items finished & they didn't bothered to refill them instead they removed them completely. I will never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Everything is worst & completely hated it. There are many better hotels in this price. Hope the hotel will improve themself. Thanks.

Quite well organised neat and clean hotel. I really liked their restaurant. Their complementary breakfast was well arranged and have multiple varieties of delicious food options. Their services are really awesome. I liked it a lot

Average for residential. Food was not bad. The amenities were not quite on par. Ok for a quick layover. It was full of guests for training events (4), and that might have caused the experience. Will check in again later.

It's located at Jublee road chittagong. It has a very nice swimming pool. But the room is old. The facilities is average.

The Motels room is okay but fresh room is not up to mark. Bathtub & commode just adjacent with each other. Reception is at 2nd floor. Spacious corridor.

I have last week Monday to Thursday. Tried deluxe and economy single room. Full of dirt, room and bathroom wall require immediate painting and some walls are damp too. The rooms required immediate renovation in order to rent in a healthy state. Front desk is ok but room service attendant and concierge are full of greed and tips. First there was a minibar but it was not working. Later in the economy room tv was out of order and spot lights are almost fused in condition. Buffet breakfast is ok but restaurant waiters behavior is either harsh or rude. Only the location is convenient due to 'tin poler matha' of Reazuddin Bazar and tools market of Jubilee. Very less likely to recommend.

Horrible rooms. Horrible lighting. The furnitures in the room are so old. And they have a menu card where it is mentioned that if anything is broken then you have to pay.

The rooftop pool is beautiful and the complementary breakfast is good. rooms should be more clean and service should be faster.

The Place is cozy with good food being available here at the restaurant. But their service is kinda slow which they need to improve. Other than that, the experience over there was overall good.

Probably the worst so called 'Three Star' hotel in Chittagong. ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS THEY ARE HAVING ARE COMPLETELY FAKE AND THEY BUY FAKE REVIEWS, DON'T BE FOOLED. Completely disappointed with their service, behaviour.

I am staying here mostly if am in Ctg for work since 5 years. Medium budget hotel. Value for money indeed. Staffs are good and cordial. Now a days, they are becoming busy with corporate deals mostly. So book your room well advance if you plan for a trip to Chittagong. Good buffet breakfast included with the rent.

But You wanna have a Party is Good. With my experience, I'm not able to sleep properly because room party going on My next room.. I never recommend anyone to stay that Hotel. I visited recently...The service and the behaviour of the staff was on top ....But The pool was dirty ,the colour of the water became green in the pool....maybe it's because of the off-season ...But they should maintain there standard in every situation

I am giving this hotel rating 0. Such a fraud hotel as far i know. Rooms are such a old and small, they charged very high price almost 3000 for a bad room. Toilet not clean, no room service,room space is very low. Mosquito problem. Not recommended this kind of fraud hotel. No belcony. If room price was 1000-1200 then its ok.
