One of the oldest & best hotels in the city. Though, it has lost its past glory through time n competition, it is still a modest & service oriented hotel. I've stayed there for 2 nights. They have a good restaurant n quality chefs. Food price is relatively normal compare to the taste n hygiene. I loved their Fried rice. Overall hygiene n cleanliness is appreciable. Communication is easy, have proper parking. Staff is very gentle n helpful. I recommend this hotel, both for single and couple visits.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Golden Inn, located in the center of the city. While the hotel's location is undoubtedly convenient, I regret to say that my overall experience was far from satisfactory. One of the major issues I encountered during my stay was the subpar parking situation. On two separate occasions, I found myself waiting for an excessive amount of time, ranging from 30 minutes to an hour, just to retrieve my car from their parking area. This not only caused frustration but also wasted valuable time that could have been better spent exploring the city. Moving on to the room itself, I found the space to be adequate, providing enough room to move around comfortably. However, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. It was evident that the housekeeping staff did not pay sufficient attention to detail, as I noticed various areas that were not properly cleaned. This lack of cleanliness left me with a sense of discomfort and made me question the hotel's commitment to maintaining a hygienic environment. Furthermore, I was disappointed with the cost of the room in relation to the facilities provided. While I understand that the hotel is situated in a prime location, the overall amenities and services offered did not justify the high price tag. It would have been more reasonable to expect better quality and value for the amount paid. In conclusion, my experience at the Golden Inn fell short of my expectations. The issues with the parking, subpar cleanliness, and high room cost left me feeling dissatisfied. I hope that the management takes note of these concerns and works towards improving the overall guest experience, as the hotel's location has the potential to make it a desirable choice for visitors to the city.

Good accommodation. All rooms are clean which you expect always. It may touch you moderate dream. Not so expensive. Reasonable for all types of visitors.

Need very good Refurbishment. Everything is very old dated and staff are not very professional. After check inn within 5 minutes the room boys were asking do I need to order any ALCOHOL 🤬😡. !!!! Not Very professional as this is MUSLIM country and Alcohol is prohibited there also it was very rude from them to ask me do I need or we need anything like this . Never going there again. This is my honest review.

Ordinary hotel, avarage service .. asked for a blanket in winter .. waited for hour or more.. Both AC and TV remote control was broken. Asked for prayer mat several times haven't seen it till check out.

Took lodging here during CUET exam 2023. We stayed 2 nights in twin bedroom. 100% family friendly and safe. Quite cozy. Rooms are great. Bathrooms need some improvement and cleaning. Great room service. Even though the restaurant is a bit expensive, the food is great.

Oldest and reputed hotels inside Chattogram city.for the first time visited on room#404 August 2022 with family. Just loved staying there and room services are excellent. An old decayed hotel in chittagong, rooms amenities are poor, doesn't worth their price point at all. Per room 2500(even though it was non AC) is not acceptable at all. Though the food of their restaurant was yummy, bellboys are not that humble. Receptionist's behavior was not that warm even.

Tariff of the rooms are reasonable. Fantastic lobby for attending the guests, and having good meeting halls for organizing corporate meetings.

Room was good enough and the staffs were friendly enough. We stayed there for a day. We were in Chittagong to console a friend whose engagement was just broken. The hotel has a no guest allowed in couples room policy which rendered out stay void. It's was not possible to conversate in the lobby and was not allowed after 11 pm. Golden inn is located near the Chittagong railway station. Stayed one day here. Food was average, reasonable cost and car parking available. Overall good place to stay.

This hotel is located near the central railway station of Chittagong City (at a walking distance). Me along with my friends stayed in that hotel for one night. We stayed in 2nd floor. Lower portion of the hotel environment is kinda shabby. Room has been found in damped condition. Dust has been found inside everywhere of the room while checking in. No service has been found for cleaning the room which is totally unexpected. Toilet condition is moderate. More cleaned environment is expected. If anyone want to stay in this hotel then try to book in the top storied room. Those rooms are cleaned, bright and well decorated.

I have stainging from 1988, before it was the best hotel for me to stay. But this time it's not like that before. Service is goud but quality of Rooms is nit good like before. It should change. But the Dinning is still very popular. I like that.
