I went with my wife and made confirmation 3 days ago... But after arriving into the hotel they were saying that they do not provide couple rooms! What kind of rubbish is that! If you guys do not provide married couple rooms, why didn't you say that before? Our train was at 5 p.m. and me and my wife had to look for other hotel for about 2 hours. Everyone should avoid this kind of unprofessional hotels.

Problems: 1. Water line; Hardly find water in tap!! My train leave at 7am but I cannot find water at 6:30am. Got up early but cannot even use the washroom properly for water. 2. Train whistle: its just beside the old station. 3. Greaser: Not functional in all room maybe. However they have changed my room. 4. Roaming aroung at night is not suggested. 5. Too many mosquitos. Aerosol can hold them for a while. Good things: 1. Behavior: Their behavior is very good. Service rating 10/10 2. The main door opens from 6am to 1am. 3. Quickly board your desired train.

Outside view is very nice and traditional...at least they tried to keep the old British building! They have limited manpower. No person was there when we arrived at front desk,had to find out the receptionist! Room quality is good. Beware! you have to be adapted to occasional train whistle which may interrupt your sleep as it's just beside the rail station.

Coz, Every staff especially hotel manager mr amzad was very nice and friendly person. The hotel was all over tip top. I think its secured. I am sure every customers getting mental relaxation in this hotel.

I entered. Into the restaurant with my family for lunch. The waiter see me but never responded even I called him during my stay. I was there long 7/8 minutes. They even don’t' turn on the a/c or fan. We just use the basin to clean our face and leave that place. The dirty plates from mirning breakfast didn’t clean yet. They even sale other restaurants food. It seems like they don’t' have their own item. They buy food from other restaurants and sale it to their restaurant.@

It's the 1st floor of the old railway building and just one floor. Those love to stay near railway station and travel in train, must try this. Room cost not so high but above average. The stuff and reception was good. One disadvantage that their restaurant service was not started yet but if you are a food lover then it is not a problem.

Hotel is mostly good but not perfect, you need to ask for every requirements. They provide lockers but some of the part can’t use dues to their personal item in the locker, food price is 3 time of the market. Specially thanks to Mr. Ajam is very good person and responsive.

Their room is quite spacious, but felt some smell related problem... For traveling inside Chittagong you will get cars and CNG's down the stairs... Overall its good...

The place itself is a good place. But there are issues with their water line. Most of the time I didn’t found water on the washroom. It was a horrible experience.

The hotel quality was not satisfied against the price. The stuffs were not very professional. Overall management was one of the worst.

Pros -Rooms were clean -Bathroom also clean -Super cool air conditioner -Bed and pillows were well and comfortable -Tea was fine Cons -There was no window in the room number 105 -Breakfast was not so good -Bedsheet was very cheap and old -There was no alna and no way to drying wet cloth -No warm water
