SCAM: I booked this hotel with Agoda and received a confirmation by email. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that they are fully booked. My reservation was not accepted, no refund, funds automatically charged via credit card.

Hotel Royal Avenue is a very comfortable Residential hotel in a cheap price. All though they don't have the modern facilities like sauna, spa, gym, pool but you can have room with tv and nice and clean wash rooms. Wheelchair accessible facilities are not available here.

I arrived there very early in the morning before sunrise. I was looking for a quiet place to sleep for several hours. They provided me with a room at a good rate. The room was clean but the towel was dirty. The view from the room was really fine. It's good for business/office trip but not for vacation.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed. Ghost house is better than its exterior. The staffs do not have any willing to satisfy you. They have so many problem in their hotel, but they don't want to solve them. The complementary breakfast is so cheap in quality. They provided us with a piece of bun and banana. This is definitely not value for money.

rooms are in almost good condition but service is too poor. the position is in key point of Chittagong City. carpark in is available but it's use for other purpose. before staying, have to negotiate the room rent.

The owner of the hotel is a nice charming person. We are satisfied with total service.

The room and hotel services are good enough.our double room was small for a couple with kid according to the price. But their was a room with two separate bed,that was huge. They Don't have restaurant but they will bring food from outside restaurants if you order. Overall that was a good staying.

Worst experience. Need improvement and professionalism in customer dealing. We had to call every time for water, breakfast others that was boring. Stuff dont maitain times as we requested.last day we hadnt been served breakfast.

the rooms were spacing, clean and well maintained, the washroom was clean and modern. the staff were also very polite and cooperative

This hotel is located in GSE Mor, Chittagong. Just opposite side of bus stand. They have been renovated newly. Though the entrance os not very gorgeous but their service & internal accommodations' decorations are nice. Room rent starts from 1600tk. Complementary Breakfast also they provide. For average room rent, this hotel is better.

Deadly slippery washroom floor, no water pressure faucet and shower, dusty blanket, stinky towel and pillow, mosquito abiding room, no room service, no lift, unhelpful staff. You've been warned!
