Very high price But Very Poor Hotel. Room Condition is so Bad and old.Bathroom Fittings are disgusting. Employees are polite.I was in a Twin deluxe room. as per money & comfort its a worth hotel.i lived 4 days, I have no way, after 4 days i leave this hotel. i recommend this as Bad hotel. 3rd day we found Bedbug in blanket, when complain they changed room, another room also same, old, CRT TV, bad toilet fittings etc.

Re-known hotel but it is just OK. Cheap rate and fresh food. Maintenance service is not standard. Room 506 is full of Bedbug. WIFI connectivity not working. From today Dish cable not working. Every room has at-least one problem, like Door-lock does not work, AC makes noise, Shower leaking, etc.

Residential hotel near old rail station of Chittagong. Mid range hotel but furniture of this hotel is old and the structure of this hotel is old also. Only benefit of stay in here is you will get complimentary breakfast every morning. Not very good place for a family holiday.

It was good on average.There is a bad smell in several rooms that we booked previously.After we have to alter the room but their behaviour was good.

Great location for using the railroad and seeing some of the sites around town. Maintenance is pretty shoddy for a midrange hotel (hair in drains, bedsheets dirty). The taps in the bathroom weren't grounded properly and I got shocked, but the maintenance was able to fix this fairly quickly. Lots of noise from the streets, even at night.

I was into this hotel with my colleagues almost a month ago for 3 days.Hotel is not maintained properly.Lack of management.Employees are quite good but lack of knowledge from hospitality Industry.Foods are okay but except HILSA. Wifi connectivity is too poor.Beds are not clean with bedbug in many rooms.But hotel is quite cheap & clean.Location is really very good,in terms of connectivity of public transportation, Railway or Bus service for Non-AC.If anyone has to avail AC service then he has to take a rickshaw ride for 15 minutes. Overall my experience is not very good..

As they have their hotel just opposite of the main railway station so they easy get their customers . But they don't know how to take care of their guests . The washroom was a bird's nest . We got some bugs and rats in our room . If you call the room service.... sometimes they come sometimes they don't . A huge bad experience i have got from there .

There is good hospitality for domestic and foreign boarders. Also has good accomodation for meetings. In ground floor there is a restaurent maintained by hotel authority. In this building a DBBL ATM booth is available. Note: Now this Hotel is turn into "The Alina". Also changed the ownership and management.
