Best in the worst category. Room rent is low enough, also service and behaviour is very poor. The rooms are not neat and clean. But okay for a one night stay. Special case- they had a room with broken AC. Since I was single, they wanted to give me that room (cost 1000 BDT). But after complaining for an hour, they changed the room with a twin bed (original price-1700 BDT) with the same rent (1000). So I would say service is not great but if you can argue and negotiate, you can have a good deal. And yes, they have a restaurant with decent food. The foods were little overpriced considering the quality but still not bad. The lift facility is also a benediction. Summary- good stay for a quick single night, especially if you are not on holiday but for business.

If you want to book a hotel with low cost AC room and very easily next to the railway station, then Regent Park is definitely for you.

Their behavior is not good even whoever fix any room over phone , they denied to maintain that price committed over phone. Receptionist were fully uneducated. Its best for low range people . Who have family don’t suggest them to choose this hotel.

Three bed ac on ac room, 1700-,2000 decoration & room is ok. Bathroom is a disaster, hard water or salty supply. Had to leave the room NX day. Not recommend for family stay.

Compare of the rent valve, regent park is the best option of a tourist or a small business owner and employs. It's very much clean and caring hospitality of this hotel. But it's location is very much crowded area of chottagram. If you find it first time, needed more energy and eye thinks, after that can find easy. Comparatively reasonable hotel, just opposite of the CDA New Market. Entry to the hotel is through the wholesale shoe market, no parking. There is an in-house restaurant at the rooftop. Food quality is not that high. Rooms have old furniture and old TV. Wash rooms are not so clean or good looking. AC room is available.
