Hotel Al Faisal International is one of the oldest hotels in Chittagong. This hotel was established about 40 years ago. However, the hotel has undergone some changes and modern fittings have been added. Hotel rents are at a reasonable level. Service Average. However, since the hotel is located in the heart of Chittagong city, those who visit Chittagong for business or other purposes will get some facilities.

in English: worst service. the beds are full of bed bugs, the bathrooms are extremely dirty. the hotel employees appeared as if they are forced to work under gun point, their behavior seems do. they said double room rent is 1100, but they charged 1200. triple rent was 3200, but AC didn't work. in Bengali: জঘন্য সার্ভিস। ছারপোকা ভর্তি বিছানা, চরম নোংরা বাথরুম। হোটেল কর্মীরা মনে হয় বন্দুকের মুখে কাজ করছেন- এমনই অনিচ্ছুক তাদের হাবভাব। ডবল রুমের ভাড়া ১১০০ বলে রেখেছে ১২০০ টাকা। ট্রিপল রুমের ভাড়া ৩২০০ টাকা, কিন্তু এসি চলেনাই রাতে।

It had a great service along the years. But they did not equip much modern facilities so it's getting outdated.

Worst Hotel in the City.They have not updated there furniture and most important washroom.The washroom is very oldage types and not useable fitings.We booked Non Ac rooms every rooms have same problem. It’s a very old hotel they needed to upgrade there hotel. 1.Bad smells 2.Old Furniture 3.Not usable types washrooms* They try to give us services but they have not that minimum qualities room.So in city we just stacked and lossed our money.

As a hotel rank 2/3 🌟 star but Very much good place in night stay with cheaper rate (Tk. 600 to 2000) and breakfast free including room rent in the Jubli Road, Chittagong area. Just search in Google and check out in hotel status.....

Very old hotel in Chittagong. But now its updating under new management. Renovation work is Going on.

Well decorated, Friendly stuff, good service but some internal problem like fan is lacking of regulator, lock of bathroom is broken, bathroom don't have enough space,room is full of mosquitoes,don't expect these type of experience from an international hotel.

Too much expensive rent as per there service & rooms...they have to learn about good behaviour... Worst At all

Location is nice,for short or long stay its OK for business trip,rooms r chip.

Service is good but room is not up to the mark and staffs of room like towel, bed sheets are dirty. Even toilel tissues were also missing. At the end it was not a good experience for me.

Not clean enough for a Hotel. Service is also not very good. If you are looking a not-so-expensive place, might be okay.

They dinnt ask or recorded NID number of some guests who were illegally declared as husband/ wife...& stayed there 4nights. I have proof of that. If necessary, I can submit as that was collected from the IG police at that time. All other hotels/guest houses in everywhere in Bangladesh should get lessons from this incident!

Totally disappointed for their hotel room and their service and the big problem is their restroom.
