Best place for workout and high end equipment with most friendly staff that I have ever seen

Located beside Shishu Academy, the gym is very easy to locate. They have various membership types; monthly, quarterly, yearly, and more. The gym is quite spacious, and has a wide variety of equipments. Upon walking past the main entrance, there's the manager's room, and then the gymnasium premises. All weight range for dumbbells and barbells are available. They have equipments for shoulder, back, arm, belly, calf, thigh, and wrist exercises. There is a seperate section for cardio, where there are four functioning treadmills, benches, cycling machine, and cross machine. Free hand equipments such as skipping ropes are also there for member's convenience. Overall, if you live in and around O.R. Nizam R/A, Hillview R/A, and Nasirabad H/S this is the gym for you. This gym falls in the same par with some other mid tier ones in Chattogram. With a vigilant management, and staff, the premises and equipments are well looked after.

Titan is a well equipped gym and staffed by seasoned trainers that will look into your personal circumstances to provide you with the best routine for your desired transformation. There are few caveats however. Gym users are messy and do not re-rack plates and dumbbells creating a safety hazard. The music is often horrible and too loud so it's hard to enjoy your personal music. For the ladies section, it's a poorly equipped with run down lackluster machines. Apparently the belief system here is backwards. The receptionist himself told me that ladies don't need much. Which is completely false. They need the same equipment men do. Both genders have the same muscle groups

Titan is a complete package of a gym. They have very well trainer who will guide you perfectly. According to your body type they will suggest you your gym plan. So, do not hesitate to join here. And yes, they have steam bath facilities. And fully air conditioned. They have mini healthy fruit juice bar too.

The female and male both sections are good. In the female section the main trainer for aerobics is not always present. There are two co trainers in female sector. The place is over all clean. Some instruments have issues. The aerobic class for female goes on for 45 mins. The payment for female section is 3000 (for both aerobics and cardio) You get a chance to do some free hand exercise too. The staff is friendly. Their is finger print access for the members. Gym opens at 8.00 am and closes at 9.00 pm A issue I faced during rainy season is the flooding in the lane. You need to cross the lane to go to the gym. Though the authorities have made the road high still there is clogging issues. About the male section I do not have any idea

approach of the trainers and the co-trainers make it better than Hammer Strength....

Awesome place to workout! Personally subscribed their service. There are experienced trainers, air conditioner, friendly operating hours, warm water facilities, upgraded equipment and juice bar. Packages are standard and reasonable. Can be counted as one of the top 5 gyms of Chittagong City!

last couple of years one of the best fitness centre in Chittagong City. They have very good trainer and enough co-trainer, while gym environment also very friendly as they have separated cardio section and body section. I have personal experience of that as I'm doing my daily exercise last two years. Lol Thank you!

Ladies gym is the best in chittagong. Cool crowd and latest equipments! 15/15 would recommend ladies to join. Trainers are better than most gyms, as well. Friendly staff. Ladies section is separate from the men's section completely. Gym location is very safe for coming and going alone, if you are worried about that. Wish Titan would open a branch near khulshi area. Traffic becomes an issue for students from this area. 😄
