Nazrul square and it's surrounding area is an amazing jogging place and I just had to share my experience. The park was simply stunning, with beautiful trees and flowers all around, giving me the perfect natural setting for my morning jog. And the fresh air was so energizing - I felt invigorated the moment I stepped in! The track was perfect for jogging and well-maintained too. It was just the right size and provided plenty of space to stretch my legs, push my limits and achieve my fitness goals. It was just such a pleasure to run in this park - I can't recommend it highly enough. So, whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, do yourself a favor and check out Nazrul square and DC Hill park. Trust me, you'll love it as much as I did!

The Chittagong Hill Tracts often shortened to simply the Hill Tracts and abbreviated to CHT, are group of districts within the Chittagong Division in southeastern Bangladesh, bordering India and Myanmar (Burma). Covering 13,295 square kilometres (5,133 sq mi), they formed a single district until 1984, when they were divided into three districts: Khagrachari District, Rangamati Hill District, and Bandarban District. Topographically, the Hill Tracts are the only extensively hilly area in Bangladesh. It was historically settled by many tribal refugees from Burma Arakan in 16th century and now it is settled by the Jumma people. Today, it remains one of the most heavily militarized regions of the world, and one of the least developed parts of Bangladesh. The Chittagong Hill Tracts along with Ladakh, Sikkim, Tawang, Darjeeling, Bhutan and Sri Lanka, constitute some of the remaining abodes of Buddhism in South Asia.

This is basically the official residence of Divisional Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner of Chattogram. The total area is close to 20 acres of which nearly 10 acres are used as parks which is located beneath the hills. Cultural organisation arrage different programs in this arena with the permission from the Deputy Commissioner. This place works as a breathing space for the inhabitants of the highly dense areas. Morning and evening joggers/walkers love this place very much. Around 5000 people gather in this park during weekends.

It is a monumental place, a center for various gathering. People go there in the morning and evening for morning walk or exercise but people can visit the place with family all day long. You can call it a green place with many trees and flowers around you. Sitting and loitering arrangements are very good. Various cultural programs and fairs are organised here regularly. There is a facility of using washroom for both male and female. One can find some restaurants around the square.
