Though it is a 4 star hotel, their service was top notch like a five star hotel. We stayed on 17th floor. The view from the room was mesmerizing. Their room service was the best. If any issue arose, they resolve the issue quickly. Top class room service. The ambient was also excellent. The location was also great. However, we had a buffet breakfast there. Maximum items were tasty and healthy as well. A little glance was uploaded! The most important was, no exact check-in or check-out time they have. You can easily check-in anytime. If you exceed your day 1 time, they will ask you and if you no longer want to stay, you can easily check-out.

Hotel ambience is pretty good. If budget is 5.5k-7k than it may be one of your options. We booked two rooms. But unfortunaly one of our room AC was not wokring properly. Bathroom line lickage found. After informing they fixed the bathroom problem. The breakfast buffet was very good be May it is one of best part of thier service. Stuff are well behaved and their service is prrety good. View from room awsome. You can avail the room before your check-in time if the room is available which is a very good thing. Recommend.

Excellent ambience, loved the room very much! The view from the room was awesome. On one side I saw the river/port/Dighi and on the other side it was a nice park and sea at a distance. Central air-conditioning and beds were comfortable. They have set up smart TV's in the rooms. The lacs a swimming pool, complementary breakfast was ordinary and their service was not up to the mark. I ordered water in the room, but it didn’t show up! Location is convenient as it is at the centre of the town, but crowded at the front. Overall I recommend the hotel for its nice room decor.

Decent, specially for the price it's a bang for your buck. The rooftop restaurant needs improvement and there was water dripping from an ac in the lobby which was an eyesore. The views from the top floors are breath taking and the breakfast service was also very good.

We are their first customer! They officially inaugurated their hotel yesterday (15.01.2020) and we had a buffet dinner on today’s evening. Their services were excellent! Their ambiance is really high-class! Both conferences room (banquet hall) and restaurant are spacious and the restaurant is designed with artistic interior. They have some other restaurants including rooftop restaurant. We had a great experience! Recommend for food lovers and travelers! Visited again on October 20, 2020. I am really sad to write this review :(. We ordered Kacchi, Soup, Cashew Nut Salad, Beef, Chicken and Pudding. Cashew nut salad and soup were eatable but all other foods were not up to standard of Best Western Alliance. Kacchi had too much spicy and spicy odor was too much strong. Chicken wasn’t properly cooked. Previously, I had great experience and I gave 5* but now, we have found there food quality is below standard. Still their decorations are praiseworthy.

Honestly, The rooms are fantastic. The lake-view rooms are excellent—clean & tidy rooms. The restaurant is incredible food is tasty. The only reason I am giving them three stars is because of their room service. The intercom we're broken & after a complaint, they said they would fix it within half an hour but the day passed no one came. I called multiple times to clean the room they didn't even bother to come. No room service at all. If you want room service don’t go in there else the hotel was fantastic. I just left a couple of hours ago.

Personally my opinion is that if you want to see the Chittagong city, you can visit their roof top restaurant Guddi. You can enjoy the view of Chittagong city along with Karnafully river. Their food quality is not up to the mark except Kebab item.

I only visited the restaurant at 2nd floor. The buffet lunch was good. The ambiance was excellent. The nearby roads are a bit congested with traffic during week days though.

The hotel is located in the main city. Easy to commute to difference places within the city. The hotel was neat and clean. Room size were a bit small for a family. There was a wide spread of local and continental food for breakfast. The staff were well trained, co -operative and helpful.

Everything was okay however the beds in premium twin room were really small. That was kinda strange cause in the website they mentioned these beds as king size and the accomodation was for 4 people. Consider this issue before booking.

I stayed here for 7 days and the experience was amazing. To begin with the food was out of the world ( do check our second floor buffet lunch and dinner). Especially the mutton and beef dishes. I stayed on the 10th floor and the housekeeping guy was very friendly and made my room everyday- i was impressed. Good bathroom and I got the corner room It was a fantastic Lake view . Overall i am happy . Good staff at the reception too.. Although the watchman kept asking for tips and since I wasn't from Bangladesh, I felt uncomfortable around the entrance, every time I needed to enter or exit the hotel .

I have organized two Iftar parties here. At level 2. I really like their kind of service except the beef in the restaurant. The quality of their beef should be better. There was a bad smell coming from the beef. They used very strong spices so that no one would understand.

Loved the warm hospitality. The rooms were clean with on time services. Did not like the food that much though as I prefer a bit hot and spicy stuff. But over all service is good and view from the window is cool.

A very good hotel in chittagong. Rooms are well decorated and well furnished. The room service is adequate. The view from the rooms are absolutely amazing at sunrise! The breakfast buffet is pretty good as well. You can stay here when in Chittagong and not regret it.

The Best Western Alliance Hotel is one of the most underrated gems of Chittagong. It has a wide variety of services such as rooftop restaurants from coffee shops, gyms etc. The rooms are super good with all modern amenities. The washroom could be a bit cleaner in comparison with the rooms. The housekeepers are nice, smiling and very prompt in service. Foods are very good and the buffet has a quite good variety. The view from the room is exceptional and charming, overall I loved staying there.

Very nice hotel, wonderful view, good service. Breakfast is good, but it has room for improvement to attain the level of Hotel Agrabad and Peninsula. I stayed in Junior Suite room. The AC in the corridor of the room floors works perfectly, which I really liked.

The rooms are comparatively smaller but well organised, furnished with everything a guest would need. Highly professional service. The complimentary breakfast is really good in terms of the menu and taste. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at the hotel.

Probably one of the few places in Chittagong where you can such have a great view from your hotel room! Room was clean and well decorated, however there are scopes of development. Room cleaning staffs were super helpful and nice, room service was great as well. People in the receptions were friendly and well greeted. But a big thumbs down for the breakfast, a bit disappointed with their complementary breakfast. There were variety of foods however most of them were not appealing in terms of taste. If you are looking for a premium feel in somewhat affordable price, you can keep this in your wish list.

We paid tk-5000/- per single person per room and committed to provide buffet breakfast but received only small platter breakfast.Decorating well but service poor in regards of administration. Smoke in corridor that’s why feel disturbing when sleeping.

Good place..

We were there just to have dinner buffet at their resturant. Food was good but variety could have been a lot better. Service was excellent, everyone was quite engaging and very polite. The dessert and the salad bar was okay but overall there was just 8-10 different variety of chicken cooked, options could be much more improved.

Absolutely a business hotel in the middle of the Chittagong business district downtown. A very recently opened venture. Everything is new and functional. The room, where I stayed was very clean and comfortable. Nice bed and clear bathroom. You shall have all the required amenities in the toilet. A freezer and free tea/coffee are available as well. The lake view rooms are wonderful, especially when you wake up and look through your windows. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, it is a nice hotel to stay and you shall feel comfortable.

This hotel is femous hotel in Chittagong. Situated in agrabad commercial area. Their interior and exterior both are very lucrative. In 2nd floor they have large convention hall where around 300-400 people can meet together. Service is also A1. In 3rd floor they have prayer space for pray salah. I see this area is not ready yet!!! Although they have been doing business since long days ago.Environment arround the prayer space is very peaceful and floor is fully air conditioned. It has beautiful exterior & interior. Their Ozu and washroom facility is not satisfactory , need to develope more.Ozu space is very shrink. Over all The prayer space is pretty suitable for sound prayer. May Allah blessed us with his mercy. Shubhan Allah ,Alhamdulillah Allahuakbar, la ilana illalaa.

W aa w, experience during staying here. This high rise building is in agrabad, office area. Very new and equipped with new commodities. Service and room quality is very satisfactory. Viewing surroundings will just blow out the mind. The rooftop kitchen at the 18th floor just helped to refresh after a long journey.

Very nice and elegant hotel of the town, situated in a Vital Place of Agrabad.

Rooms are well decorated, aroma is very nice but the washroom water is salty which is very unsatisfactory as a Five star level hotel. Washroom water emitting pipe line also sometime use to get jammed.

It was OK, food was not up to the mark. We decided to try the buffet for lunch. We rushed to the Restaurant as it was little late for lunch. Then we entered to the Restaurant and got a place to seat. Table and chair was not clean in terms of Covid safety measurement. Menu was limited and mostly filled with deserts and salads. Hardly they had 12-13 items for main course.

Good property at reasonable tariff. Good view of the city from the hotel. Best part is the roof top BBQ at 17th floor.

Pretty decent. Most of the popular facilities were not open during my stay so no comments on that. I hoped they had some more variety of food for vegetarians in buffet (severely lacking in that regards).
