My review is based upon service rendered by Cardiology Department of the hospital. After hearing the information that Cardiology Department is running by a team of Doctors of Narayana Hospital of India, I have taken an appointment for my sister. Staffs of Reception Department showed good behaviour and help us to complete registration process within shortest possible time. Hospital premises, corridor, counter, waiting room and doctor chamber were seen neat and clean. The worst service was provided by an Indian Doctor Mr.Sunil Lhila who had no time to hear our statements and disease history rather he was writing clinical tests name one after another. Just asked us what types of medicine taking right now. My sister was taking time to tell medicine names that doctor could not bother thinking his time consuming though there was no other patient seen waiting for the doctor. This is the worst service rendered by the Indian Doctor I have ever received.

This hospital only care about money. The hospital and Dr. Saifur Rahman Sohel upsaled that my mother had 3 heart blocks, created a situation that only his surgery can cure and immediately put 4 rings. My mother left unattended for long time and she died on the same day. These people have license to kill.

Its the biggest and beautiful hospital in Chittagong. But expensive as well. The hospital is very neat and clean. Its still not running in full swing. Cardiology department is very good as there is a team of Narayana hospital. Doctors were very good and co-operative. But lab test charge is almost double considering other labs in Chittagong. We were asked to pay BDT. 15500 for some test but those tests we did at BDT 8800 at one of the renowned lab in Chittagong. People should get quality treatment with competitive cost but they are fully opposite. They should look into the matter.

The Imperial Hospital Limited is one of the best modern hospitals in Chittagong of Bangladesh. The hospital is located at Zakir Hossain Road of Chittagong(Near to AK Khan Mor). As it is a new hospital, it has all cutting edge medical amenities for patients. I visited the hospital for testing Corona Virus. Visited again on 26.12.2020 for doctor consultation. Their hospital ambiance is clean and their staff are well behaved. They have wheelchair access to hospital. Although the hospital was a bit expensive, I found its professional doctors, luxurious decor, and impeccable service to be well worth the price.

This hospital is highly recommended for those who want a hassle free, clean, accurate medical investigation report. Smart and soothing environments will create an extra impression here. Overall Costing is in the high segment.

My two kids were delivered at that hospital. Services and treatment was good, but a bit pricey.

This is a Very clean and big building with lots of medical services available and lots of highly experienced doctors and medical staff present at all times. We used the MRI and x-ray services in the radiology department . There is also a canteen area for staff and visitors to sit and eat. There are Lots of restrooms all over the facility and they all are maintained clean and tidy by the hospital staff and maintenance team. Billing is on the ground floor in the center of the building right at the entrance where you drop off and pick up patients. Wheelchair service is available at the pick up and drop off point. The staff is very helpful and I've never had any difficulty during a number of visits. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone.

Most lovly best hospital in Bangladesh. But no more senior doctor..

one of the best hospitals in Bangladesh right now. the whole treatment system is kinda like I had in India. doctors take their time to communicate with the patients. I got proper treatment for my mom as I expected from this top notch hospital. [#treatments are a bit pricey. it would be better if they lower the cost for the prople in need ]

International standard medical services, its little costly but worth every bit of your money.and environment is awesome,lots of tree and flower makes it eye soothing. recommended for them who cant afford to go different country for treatment. But i must say their food canteen is worst, sales person arrogant,cant take complain of their food.

Horrific service of patient management in regard of their nurses quality. Busy always with futile, derogative and languish activities. If admitted by chance sick people will become more ill. Horrendous experience. Seems that they built a beautiful infrastructure to allure innocent patient for seizing their valuable lives.Though the infrastructures built in the light of developed world, but its overall medical care is very low. Acute shortage of expert doctor and physician.

A bit costly but ambience and maintenance is goos so far.

There are more mosquitoes than patients in this hospital 😂, Even after 4 years of hospital construction, there is no solution to this problem.There are many types of hidden charges in this hospital which I personally faced. Lastly I want to mention that, their staff are so polite and they also have such a wonderfully decorated building.

I love this Hospital.in my prospective it is much bigger than any other Hospital in Bangladesh. There is everything that you need. There is a beautiful garden that has different kind of beautiful flowers. At the main interiors there has a well decorated aquarium which has different kind of beautiful fish .

I was here only for PCR test, and technician who did it was very nice, he didn't poke my brain 😃. 5* for hospital, its overall look because it's big, nice and very very clean, which i was surprised comparing to Chittagong city itself. I was very pleasantly surprised with it, good job.

A first class international standard hospital with many doctors are available to visit. Appointments are scheduled. This is established under supervision of great Indian heart physician Mr. Devi Shatty. Here are the separate heart checkups (including some discouted health checkup packages)and treatment under Indian doctors. Three Indian doctors of heart resided in Chittagong. Having a good phamacy and full pathological diagnostic support. Costs are average and affordable. Well maintained and nice behaved peoples are running the hospital. I loved it.

Its now named “Apollo Imperial hospital. Service is very fast,staffs are also helpfull and cordial.Just lack of doctors at this moment but hopefully they will increase doctor after the collaboration with apollo. During covid time their service was also excellent and appreciated.Overall good service with a slightly higher rate.

Imperial Hospital Limited has come forward with the latest technology in the health service of the people of Chittagong. If the services I received were found in every hospital in Bangladesh to show Indian heart disease specialist, the people of this country would not go abroad to get treatment.

Third Class service. No time management at all. Gave me appointment at 5pm and it's 6 pm still they are unable to provide promised service. Typical lousy and sluggish attitude from the staff as well. Hope the management will look after it.
