The Gulzar tower is a market which is situated at Chawk Bazar Mor. This market has many shops inside it. Many categories of things we get in there. It's consisted of 6 floors excluding the terrace or the roof top, but the shopping mall is only up to 4th floor. Clothing, Cosmetics, Food store, Book's store, Toy Store are some of the types of store the place is consist of. The place is not hygienic and some of the salesmen are mannerless but most of them are polite and gentle towards the customers. The place should be maintained clean and hygienic. Thank you. 😊

Very bad coordination within different department. A small sachet of Tea and milk cost 2-3 rupees refused by Housekeeping saying that's Hotel policy. At the time of check-in complimentary breakfast promised and after breakfast the said was chargeable. Totally mis-coordination among staff of different department. Rooms has good maintained and decorated. In bathroom placing of Toilet tissues place is totally wrong side. only one dustbin for washroom and room. There were false replies from housekeeping phone attendant. Not worth as charged heavily as compared to facilities. Water bottle provided after 2 days.

Once a cinema hall now became a shopping mall. Gulzar cinema hall was a famous cinema house but in 1990's cinema industry became sick and unable to produce quality films. In this consequence most of cinema house of the city are closed and the owners converted it to a shopping centre.
