Cons part is: I found it is pricier than Shwapno. & just one outlet in the city which cannot be a good business idea. In these long period of around 10 years, at least 3/4 more outlets were expected. Though it is located at a popular place, I find it difficult to get any CNG or.other transports from this point. The market security people & traffix.police ont let any CNG stay nearby.
