very poor service. They are not trained. They will take your device with one problem and return with more damage. I suggest you not to visit. I am a suffer. Very pathetic and unprofessional. Totally disappointed..

they provide pretty intense service. But sometimes they waste huge time to recover something which they don't give any proper reason about , even though hefty service cost sometimes doesn't make sense at all.

Service was Good & Fast. I got my A70 Screen fixed within 2 days even though I was consented to get delivery within 10-14 days. If you have hardware issues with your Samsung device, don't visit anywhere else but Samsung Service Center.

They charged some additional fee on parchasing any spare parts of any items like washing machine, AC, Television ect. in the name of so called " Service Charged". This is totally unacceptable and unfair. As for example if you purchased only AC remote control from them then you have to paid tk. 1600 (tk.600 for remote control cost & rest 1000 for service charge). Is it a fair businesses policy? No its cheating....

Good service , good staff... they try their best. But they should send technical person more quickly. At present they are not providing service on Friday and Saturday where customers want to get that on these days as they are staying in their houses on Friday.

Worst service center. There was only one officer for about 10 clients and all of us were sweating as there was no air cooler or even a fan.

Good service is available from all sides. Examples are Mobile, TV, AC, etc.

They provide the worst service ever!!! One has to face their slow service and bad behavior if they go to this service center. The employees have too much lack of confidence on their own products.

Service charge is appropriate but spears - parts price of samsung mobile is much higher than local market.
