Coffee shop located in GEC more. This is located on the 2nd flood of Wel Food GEC. The ambience is calm and soothing for having a gossip with friends and family. The atmosphere is calming and perfect for catching up with old friends. This place offers various coffee and desert items. Coffee include latte, mocha, cuppaccino, and cold coffee. Desert items include doughnuts, waffles, etc. Almost other food items, they also have pizza, pasta and sandwich items.

This was the first tine I went to Chittagong with time to have a walk around. I was staying near by and my wife,I & the team went to this cafe. It was such a spacious space with different views from inside. You could sit at the corner and watch road, and also sit inside having the view of wall arts. Coming to the food, we just had brownie & coffee. The coffee was average (not bad) but the brownie was super delicious. Quantity & quality wise I can't but rate it a 5 stars

Rio Cafe is one of the leading Cafe franchises of Chittagong , their parent company is WELL FOOD . So as far as environment and service goes, everything is pretty tip top. The drinks are a tad bit on the expensive side , but still good.

They need to train their staff proper customer service. Doesn’t even know how to greet politely and welcome a customer. I have been to lot of places around the globe but never had this much bad experience. The dude on the bar acts like universal boss. Customer doesn’t matter to him. His needs to go under serious training otherwise a beautiful restaurant will lose points regularly.

Had ordered coffee and red velvet cake. While the coffee deserves a pass, the red velvet was an absolute disaster. It's just bad and giving red velvets bad rep everywhere.

Ordered their bbq chicken sandwich. It was good in the past. But now the quality of their sandwich is just disgusting.

Earlier the management and food quality of this cafe was very good. But now food expenses have increased, but not so good. Service is also reasonable.

Little expensive

I dont know what to tell them with what expression ! I requested them for a cold coffee/ frappe even they are not familiar with this name. One of staff said, we haven't learnt this so cannot make it, when i ask them not to blend the ice ( just thick as ice cream texture) . They are not willing to try even by their word. Really a poor service this is. Then the AC doesn't work properly , its really hot inside. The behaviour / atmosphere and the services they really need to work on. Or else the food/ sweet / bakery/ fast food except the coffee item they are our most preferable destination.

Good coffee, nice place to hangout but the Alfredo Chicken Mushroom Pasta didn't taste good. Too much oily and it was made with red sauce (normally everywhere I tried they make it with white sauce).

Beautiful place. Coffee is really good. Has an artistic vibe. Those who look to take nice pictures will definitely find this place attractive.

Cool place to chill,work in relax and have food

The quality reduced quite a bit compared to 2 years ago from now. Sofa seating areas have been removed from the window sides and inner sides, which were better. Lights have been made brighter which took away the lounge/Cafe look. Tried the creamy pasta but didn't have enough cream in it. Chicken pasta was good spicy. Overall I believe it is still a good place to chill and will be best to bring your significant other if the above changes are made.

Good Place with good ambience. Had their beef sandwich, which was kinda okay, but I kinda enjoyed their coffee. They have books available within the shop which coffee lovers can read and have a good time. Overall I enjoyed my time over there. Looking forward to my next visit.

The ambiance and environment was very nice. But their service was not up to the mark. They served us coffee and spoon but the spoon didn't match with the size of the cup. Basically it was impossible to mix sugar with that spoon so I had to just spin the cup to mix the sugar. The feet of the table were not even. I literally had to fold a tissue and put it under the table so it doesn't move. But more importantly they served the spoon with one piece of tissue, not even on a bowl. So I had to keep the spoon on the bare table.

It’s a nice place . You can have a coffee. Most importantly they have had a good collection of books, so you can read them as long as you want & nice sitting arrangement.

If I could give 20 star's I would we ordered the 2 beef n cheese sandwich and also the beef pasta, and lots of different drinks, Everything was so tasty and delicious. And the hazelnut coffee was amazing. I can't wait to go back also they have the best chips😍😍😍😍

I have visited Ctg for business purpose, as I am a coffee lover, so after arriving at Agrabad I was looking a coffee shop. Unfortunately, no coffee shop around Agrabad. Even I googled but didn't find. Finally I got this coffee shop (though it's bit far from Agrabad, spent TK120 CnG fare to come this coffee shop, thought next day I found their another Branch in Akhtaruzzaman center) and it's worthy for its good ambiance and the coffee for which I have visited. The have variety of food choice. Suitable for business discussion, It's recommended.
