According to price the hotel room was good and clean.Staff behaviour is good.Wash room is clean & they provide brush, soap, shampoo,Toothpaste.

Have WiFi & telephone(LAN) facility for every room. The room was well cleaned when I visited. But their food can be more tasty. Overall, it was good at its location (in front of Railway Station). Oh, I almost forgot to mention that there is a restaurant on the 1st floor of this building.

Room toilet compared to public toilet as it is defective. Despite calling they could not solve the horrendous smell problem. In house restaurant is closed but arranged one or two sitting here and there. Geiser is defective, hot water coming from both tap. Wifi is ok, lunch or dinner is ok but very limited to few type of biriyani not found any plain rice.

1st of all hotel is is awesome. Enough need and clean. But the problem is when you walkout from hotel for some time, they enter the room, they don't do anything stupid but still that's not good to enter anyones room without permission, I think.

I am not satisfied with their services. I mean there was a constant lack of professionalism. They should put emphasis on dealing with their customers. I have not been provided with the same room I booked for. Their room services are not well concerned and restaurant fascilities are very poor. They have much something to improve on -,-

It's near the train station and easy access for everything we need, beautiful balcony view neat and clean,iloved the hotel

It's location is in one of the prime points of Chattogram but it’s not a good hotel to stay at all. They have a lot of lackings. Washrooms are not well equiped, damaged. Lift service is bad. Besides their infrastructures, decorations, restaurant facilities are so lame.

An old hotel in station road. Rooms are moderately clean. Have hot water facility, Wifi etc.

A non ac room has enough amenities for a normal traveller in an affordable price. With the same price you may get worse elsewhere within the same vicinity. I am proof. But here it has been perfect.

A most modern residential hotel in Chittagong City. It's located opposite of Chittagong rail station. They have their own restaurant in this hotel. You can order food from your room they will deliver food to your room. Ac and Non-AC have all kinds of rooms in this hotel. I've been staying on this hotel six times since 2020.

Price is high than services. Poor quality service. They didn’t provide Breakfast & facial tissue. On the other hands, water supply in the tap is too poor. But single room rent is 1500/-. This price The Alina is best.
