If you're searching for a hotel room in cheap price it might be the right choice. Also 7th floor rooms are better than the lower floor rooms. Note that If you're suffering from OCD you shouldn't pick the rooms from lower floor. Stuffs and every other person are friendly and well mannered. So yeah have a good one

Generator service was a little late every time. After load shedding, I had to wait for 5/6 minutes for the light fan to come. All the rest was good overall according to the price. Their conduct is satisfactory. Maintains good privacy.

In my opinion this hotel is best among other hotels near dewanhat area. I know people who are planning to go there may have following questions. Safety : You dont need to worry about anything as this hotel is very Concern to their guest privacy. Behaviour: You can find very humble and helpful behaviour from staff and manager. Cleanness: This hotel is now under renovation. They renovating reception and rooms for better service purpose. Note for couple guests: Dont hesitate to go there, You need to fill KYC form and NID no. They are not bother to know why you staying here as their principle is focused to comfort and privacy. If you are planning to spend good quality time with family, friends and beloved one. Just DM their fb page. they will respons quickly.

Service/Behavior: 10/10 Safety/Privacy: 10/10 Room: 6/10 Cleanness: 6/10 (Washroom totally neat and clean but Blanket, Sofa cover, Doormat and Floor slightly unclean and old) The only thing I didn't like is there bed, too much noisy and harder

welcome to cockroach party. You can find best cockroach production house here . If there is no hope in your life you can stay in their bathroom. You will find different insects dead body and can do autopsy of them. No need to turn on the shower, you can get automatic shower from the pipe of the bathroom ceiling. You will get the amazing fragrance that you will continue vomiting for the next two days. If you take AC room you will get AC which is perfect only to keep in the museum. Everything will remind you of ancient days. BEST OF LUCK!!!

Horrible experience. AC was not working in our AC room. bed was very poor. cockroaches walking on the bed. you will start vomiting to enter the bathroom. very poor service. no water and tissue were present in the washroom and in our room. after wanting it from them, they denied to give.

The washroom was very unhygienic and dirty and there was cockroaches and different insects running on the bed. There was nasty smell all over the room and washroom. Not a single mentally conscious person will be able to use their washroom. It seems they never clean their washroom properly. The AC also doesn't work properly. And also, their service and behavior of the staffs was too rude. Overall had a very bad experience there.

Good Place to stay. Prices are reasonable. Location is suitable for those who come to CTG for any job and want to stay for a short time.

I stayed there for a single night with the cheapest option. 500tk I get more than I expected in this amount. There was a dressing table, Alna, TV, and an attached bathroom. I got complimentary soap, tooth brass, tooth pest, sampu. But there were some issues with wall colour and bathroom tap.

The hotel is very poor quality, but price is highly expensive. I wouldn’t recommend it even to my worst enemy!

The worst hotel I have ever seen. Dirty bed sheet, dirty pillow cover, bad room, bad smelly washroom. Planned to stay for two nights, but left at 1st night. Everything is using here from 25-30 years ago. Slum-like hotel. Don't choice it. Even they took full payment & didn’t consider anything.

Worst. Room was dirty, dark. The lift was not from ground floor and the one from 2nd floor also was so small. Very disappointing place and price is too high if we look at the service

Room per night is reasonable compared to other hotels in Chattogram city. But it's a bit far from the center of the city. Have heard some rumors about the hotel but haven't seen any unusual activity. The room was not very clear and kind of oldish.

One of the worst hotel I have ever seen and stayed. There was cockroaches all over the bed which came at mid night. I was awaken all through the night. Wall was full of spit and very unclean. The sponge provided to use was two colour in two foot. Generator was not started even after 30 minutes of load shedding and when called them they said it's not working. Very old lift which is show. Complain given to the receptionist but nothing arranged to solve rather he requested to stay somehow. Did not provide even a 500ml water. Totally useless and just disgusting. Beware before booking.
