On 19th February, my mother was admitted to the Obstetrics and Gynecology department at Evercare Chittagong for surgery. I was also with her as an attendee. Their service was excellent from the time of admission to discharge. The patient care staff has taken great care of the patients, and no female attendant has been necessary from the patients' end. In addition to the consultant's daily visits to provide medical instructions to the doctors on duty, nurses provided timely medical assistance, and the nutrition department arranged for the provision of food for the patients on a daily basis. My mother, myself, and our whole family are really pleased with their service.

I, along with my relatives, admitted in this world-class hospital few months ago, undoubtedly, I would say their health care system and patient service is as like as many developed countries hospital. This hospital is blessing for Bangladesh as well as specially for Chottogram. Patients should take medical advantages from this tertiary level hospital, I would recommend it highly. Very well structured hospital in the city. Medical service is very good. But, cost is very Premium. Though medical service is the basic need, it is not possible to do treatment for low middle class people.

Good hospital, you may need good money also for care.

I made an appointment at 11:30 am but I got a physical visit to the doctors at 3:00 pm. And next, Doctor suggested to me ecg, eco, and few blood tests, and X Ray, but no body given us proper line up, which service is very important for any new patients. Usually we faced it at all CTG clinics, but my expectation was different for this evercare hospital. However conclusion is Expectation percentage I got 30% and that only for smart environmental reasons, nothing else.

One of the worst patients management system. They make you wait for hours without any queue management systems for OP consultation. Even after having a pre booked appointments they don’t follow any system or procedures to maintain serial and very unprofessional counter staff at OPD counters. This kind of service is not acceptable from an international healthcare provider. Very disappointing! I would strongly recommend patients to visit other hospitals if you prefer getting priority services and money is not of major concern to you. They are not transforming any healthcare system. Instead making it worse for people of Bangladesh by charging higher prices & under rated service. I planed my wife’s delivery in this hospital, but with this kind of service standard I’m concerned if I should continue…

Don't have experience doctors most disappointing result we got from this hospital. I lost my father on 13 April were we all family member was available in the hospital they knew my dad was on his last breath hospital did not allow us to see him read dua in-front of him what kind of management was that??? That only visiting hours we can see him?when they knew he will die in few minutes.. who gave them permission to stop wife to see her husband ..please dont wast your money in such hospital putting them in life support it was so painful. My father use to love this hospital he use to feel like dubai but he never knew they will kill him.💔

Most modern multifunctional hospital in chattogram city. Price is near about 50% higher than other. Service standard is very good.

Their quality of treatment is good but lack of people to clean their patients. If you cover to clean the patient, you can't clean it after 30 to 60 minutes. Then the patient will get sicker. Why do I bill them so much money if I don't get the patient service. It takes 6-7 people on 1st floor to clean but they had people. 2-3 people. There are 30 beds on the 1st floor, so how can 2-3 people serve so many patients.

May be their test accuracy is upto the mark, may be they gathered the most qualified doctors. But they lack a major portion of the service quality dimensions. I, with my family experienced a very slow service along with the poor mentality regarding even they charge 20 taka for parking, which also for limited hour.

The best in the town. I took my mom to see Dr Najim Uddin. People might think the appointment fees are a lot, but it's not. They charge you only 1200 taka. Way less than most of the other doctors in other private clinics and hospitals. You can easily keep records of all the visits and progress of your health through their website. Wishing for an app one day though. The tests are a bit expensive but it's worth it since the quality is excellent.

I found a superior quality Int'l standard Hospital in Chittagong. There doctors nurses very cooperative and helpful. Laboratories are up todate and all equipment and machinenaries are good condition.

This is a high rise building. Probably have 500 beds for patients. I hope it will have more facilities so that people don't need to go abroad. And if the cost is within range middle-class people can take treatment here.

I am very upset. I brought my sick old father to your Evercare Hospital Chittagong for admission. But it's a pity that your emergency department is so bad, their behaviour, timing and harassment in the name of corona test is beyond words. Being kept in emergency for two hours in the name of corona test & no doctor coming within two hours. A rude person asking to hurry is very bad behavior. Such an incident is not expected in an international quality hospital like Evercare Hospital !!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

I am a regular patient of EverCare dhaka. Due to some emergency I went to EverCare Chittagong. Major problems I faced is limited specialised dr are available for the time being. A long queue is there for renowned dr. They given me serial for a dr after one month ! Price they are offering is higher then any other diagnostic lab at chittagong but they said 20% less then dhaka EverCare!! Regards report delivery you have to wait for minimum 24 hour .

I found staff, at all levels amazing. Warm, welcoming, very informative, attentive and professional. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience.

The staffs and doctors are so helpful, cordial and humble. Did NCV-EEG there. The person was so cooperative and proactive. Overall, environment is so well-maintained. Had lunch at their Food Village in 5th floor. Price is ok but vat+tax makes it crazy! You can enjoy the serene view of green nature from the Food Village. There's also an sky lounge which has been decorated with plants. A bit away from main town. That's one problem with this hospital. You might be in trouble if you do not go with private transportation because public or rented transports there is difficult to find.

I am not happy at all about their services. They usually give some unnecessary to make some money. They have long queue for everything. Their time management is worst according to my opinion. They make so many excuses to hide their faults.

It was very sad to say. Dr give me some test for me. I went on Ecg room nurse saying me lay down bed. Time to time she was also talking with person. I already saw in the bed There was bed tissue that one old means some used.that reason i told her how can you say me.lay down on bed.then i told her pls remove this tissue and put for me new tissue .then i will lay down. I fell very unclean. Management should see this hygienic sector.i meet dr after my couple of test result. Dr was on very hurry. He was not give me time much. I fell not very helpful from evercare hospital treatment .
