The environment of this hospital was not too good and not too bad. All were standard. But the workers don't work quick for patient sometimes. So patient needs to wait for long time. I think it's need to be solved as soon as possible for the betterment of this hospital.

Too much crowded and maintenance is not that good. Stuffs are not that much helpful specially those who are assistants of specialist doctors. Overall, this is not spacious enough to hold the crowd it get on daily basis. Lab and X-ray facilities are available but a bit pricey maybe compared to others.

Old diagnostic center with poor management. Miss Scheduled of diagnostic report. Behavior is not up to the mark.

It is a polyhedral building institution with several kind of medical test and facilities. Popular Diagonestic Center Ltd. is one of the earlier diagonestic centre in Chittagong.

They are very unprofessional, I tried many times their hotline number to pick the dr ashfaq serial but not answered . Few times later they pick the phone and give me a Salam a lady was very too much in a hurry and tell me to call on 10 PM to catch the serial ! & cut the line , Their is my question I tried many times then they received my call, now how can I take serial of dr ashfaq on 10 AM cause their hotline number is too much busy . Also their service I think is very poor .

Popular Diagnostic Centre is number one diagnostic in Bangladesh. There service very much fast and behaviour is very good.

Unprofessional, bad manner of their staff are easily seen here. Law quality service, bad environment, smelly corner, Test high price are their motto maybe.. Vary unsatisfying manner and environment.. Today I saw one of their doctor compunder bitting one of the patient before his mother for serial no issue.

Today i went to do some test after discount they want 24970 tk. Same test i had done IBNE sina only 14060 tk.

It is one of the few well equipped diagnostic center in chattogram. It has latest technologies to serve it's purpose. Obviously the diagnostics are a little bit pricey compared to other mid level diagnostic centers. It's not that much of a comfortable place for poor people. They also have specialiats section. Many renowned specialist doctors have their chamber here. People can consult a doctor and do the necessary tests from here. But the management is a little bit messy, too much crowd results in mismanagement. And not all the staffs are that much of patient friendly, some lack patience under pressure.

New building,new arrangement... All are good..but need more supportive staff for patients help....otherwise good.

Wash room is very bad condition, cleaner not available, it's should be clean every 15 Munites...

Their staffs behaviour is so unprofessional and rude. We spend our money to have better survices. But they act like we are going to begging in their center. Worst service in ctg, sorry to say.

One of the well-known Diagnostic centres in Bangladesh, its Ctg Br. Compare with other available Popular Diagnostic services has scope to improve.

Paying the bill for any test is a hassle. Please make it easy for common people.

Its a very popular diagnostic center in Chattogram. Their service is too good.

Allocation is good.

Very unprofessional and unfriendly staff. They gave me appointment @ 4 PM on 5/4//2021. When I arrived there, the attendant told me that the doctor will come at 5 PM! I asked for an explanation, and he refused to give one. I finally had to leave because it was Ramadan and if I wait for an hour, it would be impossible for me to make to iftar.

This is the largest chain diagnostic & consultation center in Bangladesh.

Bad enough usage. Especially the one who receives the call on the help line has bad behavior.
