It's a good Park to visit while traveling to Coxsbazar. Kids enjoy a lot. The vehicle provided by the park is presently not very standard, a minibus. Driver cum guide was really cordial. It has a huge space , thus having good potential to become a better park . Big improvement was going on. The place is very big to walk by present days city dwellers . It's risky as well due to wild elephants. In a nutshell, a loved park.

A wonderful place to visit with everyone. Especially the zebra watch tower with the blue of the sky and the lush green of the mountains.

The Safari park has an area of 2250 Acres of land, filled with reserved forest, mainly of Garjan trees. A good collection of animals and birds has been displayed for visitors. The entry fee is Tk. 50/- for adults and Tk. 20/- for children below 5 years old. The safari bus service is of two categories : Tk. 600/- for non-ac bus (seat capacity 16) and Tk. 2000/- for AC bus (seat capacity 22). Lots of development work is ongoing. The true Safari of wild animals like Tigers, Lions will start in 2024 after the completion of a project. Enjoyed the Safari park.

Really disappointed. It could be one of the best landmarks/tourist attractions for the country but as soon as you enter into the park you will see lack of management, carelessness everywhere. Even the animals, birds and their cages will reflect the misery condition of the park. There is no adequate transportation for the visitors. Collection of wildlife is limited. Despite having a lot of posibility to make it a world class safari park, it has been kept as an ordinary safari park.

A good place to visit with kids and watch some animals. There is a minibus which will take you for ride. They may try to scam you with the price but burgain with them. About 45 min trip around the safari park should cost 400 taka. There is a plave for at least 12 people in the bus.

Dulhazara Safari Park in Cox's Bazar offers a captivating wildlife experience. The park boasts a diverse range of animals, including lions, tigers, elephants, snakes, and many others. The lush surroundings provide an ideal habitat for these creatures. Visitors can observe these majestic animals in relatively spacious enclosures. The park's efforts in conservation and creating a natural environment for the animals are commendable. However, it's important to mention that the overall infrastructure and facilities for visitors might be in need of improvement to enhance the overall experience. Nevertheless, for nature enthusiasts and wildlife lovers, Dulhazara Safari Park is a unique opportunity to get closer to some of the world's most fascinating creatures.

Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Safari Park, Dulahazara: A Mixed Experience of Wildlife Wonders Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Safari Park in Cox's Bazar, also known as Dulhazara Safari Park, promises a captivating wildlife encounter. The park showcases a diverse array of animals, including lions, tigers, elephants, snakes, and more, within spacious enclosures amidst lush surroundings. The conservation efforts and commitment to providing a natural habitat for these creatures are commendable. However, despite its potential to be a premier tourist attraction, some concerns linger. The overall infrastructure and facilities for visitors appear to be in need of improvement, reflecting a lack of management and attention to detail upon entering the park. The limited collection of wildlife and the overall condition of animal enclosures contribute to a disappointing experience for some visitors. The journey through the natural forest on an improvised vehicle, akin to a small bus, adds an adventurous element to the visit. The guided tour, with the bus driver serving as the principal guide and a minor boy assisting, explores an undulating landscape covered in vibrant greens. While the wildlife may not always be prominently visible, the ongoing expansion of the wild sanctuary holds promise for future attraction. However, criticisms emerge regarding the annoying bus horn sound and the lack of adequate transportation options for visitors. A one to two-hour visit is currently sufficient, but the upcoming expansion could potentially make it a more compelling destination. Unfortunately, the absence of good places for rest, snacks, and food diminishes the overall visitor experience. In summary, Dulhazara Safari Park offers a unique opportunity for nature and wildlife enthusiasts, but addressing management and facility issues could elevate it to its full potential. For those eager to explore the wonders of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Safari Park at Dulhazara, the entry fees are as follows: Tk. 50/- for adults Tk. 20/- for children below 5 years old To embark on a safari adventure, visitors can choose from two bus categories: Non-AC Bus: Cost: Tk. 600/- Seat Capacity: 16 AC Bus: Cost: Tk. 2000/- Seat Capacity: 22

Dulahazara Safari Park is home to at least 4,000 animals of 165 species. After the new government took over in January 2007, joint forces rescued many of these new residents of the park during their drives at houses and establishments owned by graft suspects. Many individuals also donated some of the animals to the park during this period. The seized and donated animals recently sent to the park include ninety spotted deer, forty two barking deer, three sambar deer, one freshwater crocodile, one saltwater crocodile, nine black bears, four pythons, seventeen peacocks, nineteen Turkish pheasants and two emus. Another source of animals is the Dhaka Zoo. The animal population in Dhaka zoo has increased over the years due to their breeding, and the Dhaka zoo donated a number of lions and tigers to the Dulahazara Safari Park.

The environment of the Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib safari park is very beautiful. The park is a great place to visit with family. You can bring your kids here.kids will love the place. It will take you at least 4 hours to tour the entire park. You can take an internal bus here for 400 Taka.In that case the bus driver will act as your local guide and show you around the entire park. However, in case of bus ride, you will get only 45 minutes. So I would advise you to walk around the entire park. If you have a little trouble, you can take the time to visit the entire park. You will also see monkeys, pythons, lovebirds, peacocks, owls, vultures, crocodiles, elephants, tigers, lions, deer, and more. You can take pictures with all the animals if you want.If you have the opportunity, you can take pictures of deer cubs with your own hands.

Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Safari Park, Dulahazara. This park is known as "Dulahazra Safari Park". In this park, all of the animals can move freely. They are free of bindings. This park occupies a huge area. It is full filled with thousands of ferocious #animals. I have visited Dulahazara safari park in 2011 and want to go again this year or by the 2021. Dulahazara Safari Park was established in 1996.This is the only safari park in Bangladesh, situated 107 km south of Chittagong City under Chakaria Upazila of Cox’sBazar District. Dulahazra Safari Park was developed on an undulating landscape of around 2,224 acres of area at Chakaria Upazila in Cox's Bazar District, Bangladesh, some 50 km away from the cox'sbazar, with an objective to create facilities for Eco-tourism, research work and entertainment aside from conserving wild animals in a natural environment. Dulahazra Park is home to at least 4,000 animals of 165 species. There are several attractions inside the park.

Don't bother, no one will go to a safari park, there is nothing to see, better animals and birds can be seen in the district zoos of Bangladesh.
