Jhiri was almost dry during winter. No cleanliness. Locals uses and throws shampoo packs and others garbage on the stream. Became tourist destination most probably because its the only stream that can be visited on the way to nilgiri and no tracking required. Just had to climb up and down few stairs. No ticket required.

If you are cloud lover & want take snaps of clouds please visit there in winter or rainy season. Worth a visit, recommending it.
