The service is so amazing that I'll surely recommend this restaurant to all my friends & relatives. The quality & quantity of the food was excellent. Taste was really amazing. I really recommend try this place at least once. It's really worth every penny. The entire decor of the restaurant was really soothing & comfortable. They even have 2 separate banquet hall at 2 different floors for dedicated corporate & family functions. This arrangement is really appreciable. I hope Copper Chimney Restaurant authority will maintain this quality in their food & service in future & entertain us more beautifully.

Good Food and Atmosphere! Expensive and Late in serve.. Well for on road and communication, One Of the Large Restaurant in City, always used to booked for Program like Biyea, Holud,Walima and family and Official Functions. I found Nothing Much Special in Food But Not Bad, as usual Like Other restaurant.

Ambience is good. Service is mediocre, food is also same. Nothing to crave for. Safe choice for a random plan. Good for large gatherings or programs. Price seemed reasonable.

The Copper Chimney Ltd. has inaugurated today (September 10, 2021) its second outlet in Chittagong at Sanmar Tower, GEC (besides Sanmar Shopping Center). The restaurant is at 7th Floor to 9th Floor of the building. We were invited for opening ceremony and buffet dinner. The restaurant is well decorated, spacious, clean and overall has great ambiance for the food lovers. They offer different cuisines, juices and coffees. And their prices are reasonable comparing with quality and services. The place also has parking space and wheelchair access. Recommend!

Nice restaurant! This is probably the best restaurant in the city in terms of quality, value , hygiene, staff behaviour! This is also a good place for kid's ! There is kids zone, baby chair etc!

We ordered Thai cuisine there. The food was really good. Specially the Topa was perfect. Also beef chili steer fry, mixed fried rice and other foods was good. But the friend chicken people eat with the fried rice was bit tasteless. Other than that the atmosphere was desirable but it was bit crowdy last time. So, better if u book a table before going.

There was a family get together on an occasion. Pre-booked program. Well arranged, timely served food. Chicken curry, beef curry were excellent! Rupchanda fry and mixed vegetables were also good. Firni was upto the mark. Calm atmosphere with a low volume music, comfortable lighting made the event wonderful. Hospitality was the best part I must say. Decoration charge a bit high. Food items are price worthy. I recommend to arrange mini get togethers here. Mr. Nasir Uddin, the GM of Copper Chimney always took care. He looks after kids to senior citizens at the event. He ensures that all guest feel comfortable. I wish their progress in food business.

Food quality good but service quality poor. They want to serve u but couldn't manage because lack of Manpower. After 12 lifts will be closed & building management will rush u to the ground floor.

Their soup,fried rice and beef curry,these are very good in taste. They are located from 7th -9th floor.

This is a really good restaurant in Chittagong and their food quality is also delicious but all are expensive and on the other hand they have hidden an extra charge by mentioned as a service charge

Not good for big or small event. We had an event for 100 peoples. They forgot to give us Welcome drink. Lack professionalism in serving food. IT dept. also dont have any experience. They don’t know even how to play music. Overall you will not get any support from them. But they took the full payment.

Good place for Chinese (Bangla Chinese) food in GEC more area. Staff are friendly and ready to assist. Being spacious, this is a good place to host get-togethers and small parties. Since they have multiple floors, hosting events like wedding program, official meetings, birthday parties are very convenient.

10% service charge is just too much! No buffet!

Serves quite authentic chinese cuisine. Me myself from Malaysia do think that Singapore Fried Mee that they offered was indeed delicious. Service was top notch and waiters are friendly. They are located in the new building and hence all the furnishing looks new.

Good location, nice decoration But not happy 😌😌 with the food quality and taste...visited twice and in both occasions it was a total disappointment. First time the fried pomfret was half fried and bit smelly , but the taste of mutton was good. second time chicken was not properly fried, semi-cooked spice, soft skin, not much convincing. Need to. Focus more on these issues, cooking, taste and freshness......wish you all the best

I had a bad experience today which I never found in any street food shop ever. Unfortunately I got a chicken piece on my plate with fresh chicken blood inside. They need to be more careful on cooking process to serve healthy food...
