would
like
to
just
say
my
review
here
based
on
my
experience
as
a
1st
timer.
Made
a
last
minute
decision
to
do
Keratine
treatment
with
my
daughter.
Hair
revive
treatment
@$159
for
1st
timer
afterwhich
it
will
be
$199.
Have
been
scouting
for
a
gd
and
affordable
ones
near
the
neighbourhood
till
I
chanced
upon
Super
Blades.
The
reviews
were
good
but
I
was
sceptic.
Was
thinking
that
its
their
own
circle
of
friends
who
were
putting
up
reviews
for
“good
image”.(
it
happens,
and
im
sorry
into
thinking
like
that)
Managed
to
be
given
a
slot
within
the
day
and
the
text
reply
was
fast!
1st
impression,
none
of
the
staff
were
judgy.
None
talked
behind
my
back.
None
were
gossiping.
All
of
the
staff
were
a
team
player.
Never
once
the
staff
left
any
customer
unattended.
There
were
on
their
balls
at
all
time.
Even
the
assistance
of
blow-drying
the
hair
took
her
job
seriusly.
No
small
part
of
duty
is
done
sloppily!
Before
doing
the
process
of
the
treatment,
Hevian
informed
that
the
smell
of
the
treatment
might
be
a
bit
stronger.
The
pre-warning
is
good,
as
both
my
daughter,
(which
were
handled
by
Jennie),and
I
have
sensitive
eyes
&
nose.
It
wasnt
that
bad
actually
as
their
place
is
well
ventilated.
They
provided
bottled
minerals👍.
Wasnt
pushy
about
their
products.
No
hard
selling.
They
even
allowed
me
to
use
some
of
their
products
before
deciding
if
I
wanna
purchase.
Advice
were
given
promptly
with
every
question
thrown.
Good
job
as
that
means
they
know
their
job
scope
and
know
their
products
well!
Payment
wise:
Lots
of
mode
of
payment
is
available
and
there
is
even
a
10%
discount
off
in
1
receipt
for
every
visit
with
no
expiry
date
which
could
be
use
to
offset
your
bill
in
the
next
visit.
Time
take
for
treatment:
2hrs
Overall
experience
as
a
1st
timer:
Amazingly
good!
Keep
up
the
good
work
&
team
player
spirit!
Definitely
would
return
in
2-3mths
time
for
treatment
again!
