No frills and great for value Japanese BBQ place. Recently, they have upgraded their menu to include A5 Wagyu as well. With individual grilling stations, rest assured you can cook the meat to your liking and heart’s content. The accompanying BBQ sauce adds so much flavour to the grilled meat. Personally, if you are having A5 Wagyu, I think you can just go with the salt and pepper.

Located at L4 in Compass One, we visited Yakiniku Like on Sunday lunchtime, and there were a few empty seats available, with the eatery around 80% at capacity. There was a decent selection, chicken, pork, beef and some seafood available. Not too pricey given that it's mainly meat (you can opt for set meals). We tried a couple of meat selections on the menu, with a good selection of sauces. My favourite is the spicy miso sauce. One downside is that the chicken is sliced too thick, making it difficult to grill quickly. Beef and pork slices were sliced thinly, which makes grilling a lot more efficient. You should definitely try the Taiyaki Mochi (dessert). Grilling the mochi makes such a big difference to the taste and texture. 5 stars for the mochi.

One of the Simplest and priced reasonably well for a yakiniku meal. Cuts of meat selection is alright. A very popular joint for the teens.

Decent grill selection. Friendly pricing. Auntie Joy provided tip top service, ensuring our little one enjoys her lunch too. Take note there is a 50min dining limit. We will visit again.

One set meal is not filling at all such that you will naturally order more. $9.90 chicken+ pork set meal. Received: 2 pieces of chicken, 3 small slices of pork I ordered extra 50g of spicy chicken @ $4.90. Aka: 2 small piece of chicken Chicken was soft and nice though. Prefer the chicken > pork You decide if it is worth it.

I have been to this outlet numerous times and i will always choose this outlet compared to others due to the amazing service. They have been up keeping with new flavours of meat choices too! Thank you Evelyn for today ☺️

Been here many times. Good place for a quick meal (dining time limited to 1 hour). This time, ordered the karubi set, korean spicy pork belly and chicken set, and add on pork belly ala carte. The truffle tamago is so so good!!
