Very rude malaysian female staff. Pulled down roller shutter before 10pm closing hours. Asked for help to find medicine and cashier said watson do not sell any of such stuff. No help offer...better go to Guardian

Manager at Singpost branch is not helpful and lay out is rather disorganised. Products not adequately stocked.

Best to buy vitamins and supplements. Cheaper than Guardian.

The staff are very helpful . One of the staff can even speak japanese when my japanese friends didn’t know how to pronounce in english . Very recommended 👍🏻

Worse place and service. Staff don't want to work and when they charge wrong and ask for refund, no apology and alot of attitude

Worst customer service of all times be it the temp or full-time staff! Make no apologies for price tagging error. One item, but item code written wrongly on so many pieces. Not the customer's fault. Not even a show of good faith. Just void your purchase without even telling you and asked that you pay for the new item entry. Well done, Watsons!
