I will start my review with one simple word that will describe my opinion about this place and the owners.... ---> WOW !!!!! I am so happy that me and my family visit this little paradise and also very sad that we only stayed there for one day ( because we had connection flight) but it's 100% was worth every single minute! It's literally like small oasis in the desert 🏜 , swimming pool was so nice and clean..also with salted water. When it's getting dark they turn on nice LED lights that makes this place looks like in the Avatar movie ))) We had family Bungalo #4 and it's was so spacious and nice , our daughter fell in love with bunk bed and some cool led light that can change the color ))) Owners ,Alina & Elias are very friendly, positive and awesome people! We had great communication and also they have airport transfer option too,which is helped a lot ! 10 min walk distance from their place will get you to local beach and some restorans and Pizza place.. we super recommend this pizza it's called Kermit's Pizza !!! By the way if you don't want to walk Modular Bungalows also have little Tuk Tuk ( Golf card) for rent . But we didn't take it because we only stayed for 1 night.. so we walked with our baby stroller.. just make sure you are walking on side of the road because they don't have walking path .. Anyway we are extremely happy and definitely will be back again and we recommend this place to everyone!!!

If there was an option of 6 stars, i would give it! This was the most unexpected delight of our trip! We just were looking for a place near the airport and this ended up being a beautiful and totally different change of scenery from athens. The slow pace, the sandy beach, the olive groves and orchards--everything about the surroundings was charming and unique. The hotel itself is incredible. Elias, the host, and his wife are so lovely. The bungalows are tight, but engineered with amazing detail--the lighting, the faucets, and every inch was top notch...the shower is amazing! We wished we had spent more than one night here and had time to explore the ruins and nature of this area and spent time swimming out to Elias' island to sunbathe on the rocks.

This unique property is a 10 out of 10 for us (5 stars isn't enough)! Alina and Elias were beyond amazing hosts, who from the moment after we booked, communicated with us until we arrived (Communication: 10/10). The property is charming, and the grounds are pristine and very inviting. It's truly a slice of paradise on the coast of Artemis. My sister and I felt so welcomed from the moment we arrived, and were treated as if we were friends coming to visit (you check-in at the pool!) The rooms had everything we needed plus the little extras we didn't know we needed! The property is walking distance to small beach shops and food. We ate at Korali, and it was delicious. It's close to the airport, and perfect for longer stays since they offer different sized units. We highly recommend staying there, and wished we could have stayed longer! We absolutely loved it!

If you are looking for a place where you can enjoy the nature, come to yourself, enjoy Artemis on a different way.. I can say Elias and his family are the most unique hosts you can imagine. From the moment you feel like you are welcome and if you need something they will help you. My favorite part of the bungalows is the pool. Clean, warm and quiet. i really enjoyed it. The Modular Bungalows are clean, you v got your personal space and in the neighborhood you v got everything you need. Elias explains you everything. Elias and Alina do everything to enjoy your little paradise. I only can advice this place for 100%. Thanks for this wonderful period i had Fabina

Alina and all the staff at Modular Bungalows were incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. They were able to accommodate us last minute and we arrived to a very clean and comfortable bungalow. The property is very well looked after with a nice pool to relax by. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in transit but consider staying a few days. Great facilities, beautiful pool, friendly staff. Defined “quiet time” so everyone can get a good nights rest. To Korali nearby restaurant was excellent and also a typical Greek bakery. Seems like lots to do in the area. Consider using it for more than just a layover.

Stayed in the bungalows for one night before our flight home. Would highly recommend! The rooms were spacious, amazing amenities. Within walking distance from a store and places to grab food. And the host was absolutely amazing! Took us to see some views before dropping us off at the airport. Super friendly staff as well. Couldn't recommend this place enough! A must stay!

I stayed in the VIP Pool Side Modular Bungalow. This place is absolutely amazing. There are so many upscale features that most 5 star resorts don't have. Large Spacious Double Room. Could Fit a family of 4. I loved laying on the sun couch staring out the windows to the brightly lit up pool. The complex is like a small piece of paradise, where I don't believe one leaf or flower or tree is not kept in perfect condition. The room.offers Huge 1970s style square based windows but with a modern colourful twist and all the smart features you can possibly think of. I didn't even know that Tesla made so many types of appliances. It is so nice to know the place is run on solar power. Wifi was fast and the bed was comfortable. The washrooms are absolutely sick (slang compliment) the showers offer thrusters on the side, rain head and plenty more. My room came with a laundry machine for extended stays and what else can I say, this family run business is new and they strive at making you feel welcome. From the welcome beer to the 'giagia' (grandma) made my frappe in the morning when she saw me awake. It is a modern complex. With state of the art technology and you feel like you are in the Caribbean in a lovely hut resort. I love, love the windows. And to know they even have an electric charging station for cars. Hlias the owner found me anything I needed including shuttle to airport (cheaper than booking a cab) to a phone charger to borrow. I am very happy for this family run new business. It's so new that not everything is finished. My room for example had a temporary kitchenette and appliances and over the winter is having a full sized built in kitchen added. I have zero complaints. The pricing is fair. I only wish I stayed longer. Next year for sure. I honestly can't think of anything that I did not like.
