Great place in Athens, must visit... We visit 3 days before Christmas. Millions of lights and amazing decorations. The restaurant was great, tasty, super service and decorated from all sides even the ceilings... Iv noticed the distancing between tables, they thought about everything. Wort the visit. Affordable and worth food and beverages. No reservations, worth waiting for 15 minutes... We will visit again in summer.

This is one of the few places 5 star rating cannot cover. This place is beyond. It's astonishing. I've never been to such ... not only overwhelmingly decorated sweetshop, but also staff play. The whole table from Alice in Wonderland was there serving you and making you feel the magic. The decor is taking place on 2 streets and 4 buildings. It even looks amazing on daylight, but I suggest you visit at nighttime because of the amazing lights that illuminate everything. As for food and taste - the presentation is awesome! The cocktails are good enough. But they're really just a bonus for sitting there enjoying the magic.

Such a wonderful place that you must visit! The decoration is more than you can imagine, everything is decorated very special. The shop has many unique things that you can buy. The coffee shop has some tasty drinks with a special desert, we ordered Santa's boot and was very tasty! The services was superb, even though by some reviews you may read some bad things, but our apartment was just above Little Kook and there were no queues during the week, only during the weekend, and they were very welcoming. The waiter (which they wear elf), was very kind and patient, and tried his best to help us choose what we need, besides he played with our little one a lot. The prices is yes a bit expensive comparing with other restaurants in Athens, desert may range between 10-15 Euros (but it is very special and you won't find it in somewhere else), drinks between 4-7 Euros. However, the whole concept and the experience is different and really awesome which in our opinion worth it! As far as we understand, there are 3 concepts during the year, Christmas, Halloween, and the rest of the year is fairytale. You and the kids will enjoy it a lot!

Incredible vibe and Christmas decorations, feels like it came out of a fairytale. However, the sweets are rather disappointing, so do come here for the ambience once but don’t expect much in terms of food. Didn’t try the hot chocolate so can’t comment on that.

They only get 4 stars because of the slow service. We had to wait to order, then wait to pay. They were super busy so it is hard to deduct them a star for that but I can’t do half stars. The decoration was so surprising and abundant. Words do not do this just. You would just have to see the photos. The food was great and super colorful and tasty. If you come to Athens you have to stop by here and see and taste for yourself. Unless you have diabetes, because it is so much sugar.

This restaurant is famous for their unique decorations to suit each and every festival. This is a must see when you are in Athens. Worth a visit at least to experience the atmosphere they have created. Even restaurant staff is dressed according to the theme, making you feel the festival. Unarguably this is one of thd best decorated business units in Europe. This is located within walking distance from Monastiraki square.

Overwhelming dazzle of decorations greet you when you are at this street. The decorations are excessive and ostentatious, yet appealing to the eyes. Truly a marvel how the shop can be decorated so brilliantly and overwhelms your visual sensations. The shop changes their decorations depending on the theme (Christmas, Halloween, Alice in Wonderland, etc.). The mains are also very rich! We ate Mrs Santa’s High Heels and Elf’s Hat, and to be honest, we realised midway through that it was impossible to finish one dessert per person. We noticed that most tables ordered one dessert for sharing, so we would highly recommend doing so. Reason is because that the mains are extremely sweet, and you would feel very tired of the mains after eating half of it. The white chocolate making up the high heels is very sweet. The elf’s hat on the other hand is filled with mousse, which was much more pleasant to eat. Service here is also top notch, and the staff would dress according to the occasion (they dressed as elves when we went during Christmas season).

Really nice atmosphere here and a extremely popular spot for people to take pictures in Athens especially for the kids. Never sat down to have dessert yet but one day we definitely will.

One of a kind cafe. Unique atmosphere and changing decoration will travel you in a fairytale world. Desserts are also amazing. A must visit if you are visiting Athens and especially if you have kids. They will love it. The personnel are helpful and polite and the service is swift. Also very reasonable prices, given the size of the dishes . It is highly recommended that you will not visit during peak hours as it can get very crowded. PS: Best Lila Pause Cake ever!

We visited this restaurant last week and we were lucky that everything was ready for halloween and it was decorated beautifully. To be honest we visited the restaurant twice, once during the day and once in the evening. Everything is amazing decorated and the atmosphere itself is good. Decoration is better than some horror houses or similar. 😅😂 A place you want to visit with your little ones. Like Disney! As for the service, it was very slow, we waited more than 10 minutes to get the menu and another 10 minutes to order the drinks. By the time we got what we ordered, a total of more than 30 minutes had passed, maybe more the service is very slow and the price-quality ratio is not good. Food and drinks are too expensive and not of good. What's good and nice is that the workers or servers are masked and that the drinks and food are served in a unique way.. Place to visit once but not to come back multiple times because of service. Anyway worth to see! 😊

Excellent atmosphere and decoration. Highly aesthetic place that is worth the visit just for the photos. The ice cream is pretty affordable given that the decor is so fancy. The theme of the decoration changes every season. It happened to be an Alice in Wonderland theme when I visited. The staff were also dressed to fit the theme, which further enhances the immersion. They also have a gift/souvenir shop which is discounted if you dined at Little Kook.

This place should be on every tour of Athens if only for the pics. If you are lucky enough to get a table the desserts are fab but be warned they’re huge! We could have easily shared. We also had cocktails too which were really good. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly.

The theme is amazing! Everything is decorated beautifully, and even just walking down the street is fun. The food is nice, although it is very sweet. It isn’t very expensive. The waiters are all dressed to the theme which is cool, but the service was quite slow.

Cute place and wonderful decoration. You come for the experience, not the food. Desserts are unbearable sweet. Maybe should order something basic rather than the fancy looking. Still recommend if you and a whimsical atmosphere.

This is most certainly a kooky, cute little spot. It's wild with decorations. It's quite the site and sight. Definitely go for the detailed decorations. We were in Athens in winter, so the mulled wine was DELICIOUS. Also, the savory crepes were really tasty. We had 3 different crepes - cheese & turkey, salmon with Philadelphia cream cheese, and a vegetarian one with cheese. The cheese ones were quite cheesy but tasty nevertheless.

Oh my goodness, you can't help but be mesmerised by the spectacle that is Little Kook. I can imagine that children will love it. Fancy being served by Peter Pan and Tinkebell. My friend and I only went to look but got drawn in by temptation to taste the incredible crepes. Pure sensory overload ... but such fun!

A unique place in the hearth of Athens. The cakes were very well made. Unfortunateky the service was not so good... one star for service... five sfars for the place and 4 stars for the food.

The description on Google only gives part of the picture. Little Kook is a lot more than a place to eat. It's a tourist attraction, if ever there was one. It's fun to sit there for a few minutes and watch people react when they first set eyes on the thousands of colors, lights and decorations of this complex. It's got a place to eat, but there's also a gelateria, a toy shop, a magic shop and surprises galore. Make sure to visit at night to take advantage of the magical setting added by the lights.

It looks amazing and the service was cool. Really well tought, decorations are really top notch. Coffee was also really good. The downside for me was the actual dessert, it was huge, yes, but it tasted badly, it had a lot of sweetness and that is it, presentation had an idea but the execution was not up to it. If you want to be here for the pics you cool.

I heard a lot of good things about this place and got a lot of recommendations that I have to visit it. The Street Designer and the interior of the restaurant is very overwhelming colorful and lovely it’s very Instagramable And you can take really great pictures and videos. Also the service is quite friendly and they’re all dressed to the part of Alice in Wonderland. However as far as it goes with the food and the drinks I have to meet I wasn’t really impressed - the serving and the design of the food is lovely, and again you can take great pictures, but the taste and the texture are really below average and of course they charge great deal of money for it… Bottom line it was a disappointment. So, all in all I would not return to this place again there are a lot of great restaurants with superb food all around it I will only come for pictures 🤷🏻‍♀️

Little Kook in Athens offers a unique experience with its ever-changing decorations that transport you into a storybook world. However, I found it a bit overpriced, and the service was slow due to the bustling crowd. Despite this, it's definitely worth a visit for the enchanting decor.

Amazing experience! They had the Peter Pan theme, it was so beautiful & magical. We tried two desserts from there and they were very wholesome & delicious. When in Athens, make this a quick detour/pit stop amongst your exploration!

A visual delight and a lot of effort has been injected to create this world that you enter into! From the staff to the highest point of the building there is something to appreciate and enjoy! There are thematic stores all along the street and it's really a fun experience for all ages! The aesthetic desserts and drinks tasted standard, even a bit too artificial compared to the other dessert stores in the area which is why I have given 3 stars, also it might be hard to get a waiters attention due to the set up of street seating. However you can really enjoy being in a unique setting that is unlike anything I've experienced! A lot of fun.

👉The place is amazing, it's hard not to seat and have an ice-cream or a dessert. It's just inviting by being beautifully decorated 👉 waiters are dressed as Peter Pan waitress's are Tinkerbells 😍😍 👉Service is also professional, kind and smiling. Also kind and allowing taking pictures with the kids. 👉 The ice-cream is very good, served in a huge cone, made of 3 super crunchy and yummy layers - best we've ever tasted 🙌

Had heard a lot about this place from the hotel staff and also from the traveller blogs. We were not disappointed. The place was crowded, and we were told that it gets much more crowded during summer. Our waiting time fir getting seated was around 20 mins and hence bearable. The staff is very polite and pleasant. They all wear costumes as per the theme. It was the Christmas theme when we went. The menu has a decent spread, and we ordered a couple of traditional greek sweets and a cake. All tasted good. Would recommend a visit when in athens.

I wanted to try the wine bar that had great reviews but unfortunately it was closed. I instead popped into their cafe for a quick drink and had a glass of red Sangria for €9. It was good but nothing spectacular. The interior and exterior is very impressive and a lot of time has been taken into creating this wonderland. A strange hybrid between a stately home and the mad hatters house from Alice in wonderland. Service was very good and friendly. I must come back for one of their milkshakes, which look incredible.

Little cook is cited in the center of Athens it doesn't have a parking space and it can be a difficult task to find one . The place is magical for kids and adults it is like being inside a fairy tale setting , especially during Christmas since it's fully decorated and it looks amazing. Usually its pretty crowded you will probably find a line of people in front of you still the waiting time is not long since it consists of three sitting areas while service is fast. People working there are polite and helpful . As for the menu prices are high overall which is not shocking considering the atmosphere that it provides and the maintance that it needs . A cappuccino costs around 5,50 and the sweet dishes around 10 euros at least what we had. The sweet dish though didn't meet our expectations compared with the appearance of it as you will see in the photo . Still we all love this magical place and surely it's worth visiting at least once if not again.

Very beautiful and colorful place decorated in Alice in Wonderland style. You can't resist the magic when you see it. We had to sit at least for coffee that was very tasty. I enjoyed every minute I spent there. The service was fast and friendly. The must see magical place in Athens.

This place is amazing! The decor is incredible and so much fun to just look around. We came on Christmas day, and loved seeing all of the Christmas decorations. Our family of 6 split two desserts, which was the perfect mid-day snack. The apple crumble pie tart and the brownie were both delicious, and the service was fast. Such an enjoyable experience! Definitely go inside to have the best time, instead of sitting outside. We didn't have to wait more than ten minutes for an inside table, and it was worth the wait!

Great place to escape the heat and have something sweet and cool. Our toddler loved looking around at everything. Sitting outside was very nice with the water fans cooling us down. Also saw a few baby kittens as well. €30 for baklava, milkshake/donut and a baileys frappe. Friendly staff who are also dressed in Alice and Wonderland costumes.

It’s a wonderfully decorated fairytale place. The desserts look astonishing, however the flavors are quite minor. Getting a table seemed also quite a challenge. We ended up sitting outside by a rather small uncomfortably table. If you’re in Athens it’s worth the experience but don’t get your hopes up too much for the taste.

We walked past this cute little insta-magnet several times during our days in Athens. Always seemed crowded. Its shtick is over-the-top seasonal decorations having little to do with Greek culture or tradition. Seemed like their target clientele would be American and European tourists. Still, looked like a fun place.

definitely one of the must-see spots in Athens! Little Kook has delicious cakes and i’d try each one of them if i could😸. the staff however, was a bit rude to us and the waiting time for the cakes was a bit long. although i don’t really get how it takes half an hour to cut a piece of cake and put some topping on it…

I cannot explain in words exactly how magical this place is. We got seated inside and I genuinely felt like I walked into the movie and the Mad Hatter could come in anytime. Very beautifully decorated with Halloween theme. Its truly gives a scary feeling to the kids. We tried the salted caramel cake, it was truely delicious and the size is worth of its price. It costs 8 euro plus. And 3 people can easily share the cake. The waiters are all dressed like a witch that was the most interesting part. You need to have a self-test certificate to sit inside the restaurant.

Probably the best place where you can eat some sweets things ! The decoration is absolutely incredible and gorgeous, and I'm not even speaking about how the food taste good and is beautiful, well presented ! The staff is very kind. The prices are a bit more expensive than other similar places in Athens, but that's completely worth it. I totally recommend this place, for sure !

The food is fun but you're paying for the surroundings rather than great quality dessert. This is why I was a little annoyed at how much this place seems to be going downhill. Covered in dust and cobwebs (especially down in the toilets) lots of the ceiling decorations have fallen down so it's full of empty pins & strings. I came a few years ago and it was much better! Really hope they give it a freshen up soon Avoid the hot chocolate. Super watery and gross but the desserts are fun and very large

Atmosphere is amazing. I was not expecting a fairy tale, instead a standard coffee shop. Dessert was very big portion and amazing taste. I can’t say the same for the cocktails. I think the best time to visit the place is Christmas period.

This spot was such a delight to visit and it’s atmosphere was very friendly as well. We ordered a lemonade, frappe and a Dragon’s Hot Breath dessert and man, we were amazed. No words can describe how perfect this place is. From the amazing decorations to the food and drinks were all on point. Halloween is my favourite time of year and was so happy I got to see it all dressed up and have Halloween cocktails and foods / cakes. This place is breathtaking and certainly different which is great from the main stream places. The staff were all friendly and we are glad we got there early as we did try again to go but later on in afternoon and it was full with a queue. So get there early if you want to have this experience. Every 2 months they change the decor and next will be obv Xmas which if it’s anything like Halloween would be amazing. If you go to Athens this a must to go to for sure friends and families.

Walking around Athens we stumbled into an alley while searching for a brewery. We came upon Little Kook and delighted we did! Great desserts and cocktails. Found by "mistake", totally worth it to sit down and have at least some coffee. Everything is so interesting, so many details and a really good "Instagram spot" if you want. We had the afternoon tea and we were really pleased. Everything was fresh, the sandwiches really good. All good for the price paid. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Athens. It's really something cool that you don't see everywhere.

Place is magic. It is one of its kind. Even waitress looks like Disneys princes. But it is expensive, cakes so full of sugar it is hard to eat. We were told that we can't use camera (only phones), witch I find silly considering how good smartphones are now...

As a fan of Alice in Wonderland it is a little paradise. Fantastic decor, lovely hosts who are actors and not only waiters that make you feel that you are actually a part of the story. Cocktails are great, desserts are sugar bombs. Loved it

OMG! Where to begin. This was a completely unexpected surprise. Waking around an innocuous corner and suddenly being transported to Wonderland. The staff (dressed up and in character), the decorations, the food and drinks, it was all so amazingly done. They offer themed drinks and desserts, and boy, I hope you brought your sweet tooth!! Kudos to the people at Little Kook for putting on such an amazing experience. They change up the theme throughout the year, so you never know where you'll find yourself next... Definitely DO NOT miss this if you're in Athens!

Such a fun place to have drinks and something sweet! We loved it at Little Kook! We had the Dragon’s Lava which was so moist and rich. We also had the Vanilla and Chocolate Mally mousse which was so light and creamy. The dark chocolate mousse was the perfect level of sweetness without completely overpowering the chocolate flavor. The mousse has a cake layer base making the perfect mouthful of dessert! We tried with a bit of ice cream that came with the Lava Cakes and it wad phenomenal.

The setting is just beautiful, very well decorated outside and inside, the staff are very kind and warm. For my last evening in Greece it was just perfect. Too bad I have to go back to France.
