The hotel has a nice pool and restaurant area but the rooms look barren (look empty with minimal old furniture), the wifi doesn’t work, the TV doesn’t work, the AC shuts off randomly in the middle of the night, the phones between rooms don’t work, the elevator doesn’t work (gets stuck with you in it), the walls are non-soundproof, there’s no coffee machine in the room (and they charge you €7 for coffee to your room), there’s no water at times (was left with shampoo in my hair and no water) and when there is it’s cold mostly, the building smells like cigarettes, etc. When any of these issues are brought up to reception they don’t really care and doesn’t do anything about it. I stayed for 7 days and nothing was fixed even though they claimed maintenance was working on it. There’s too many negatives to give anything more than 2 stars, especially for the price you pay. Personally, I just couldn’t let that slide.

on vacation in greece, we do not recommend this hotel. no pool because of the covid but the gym and spa are wide open.... the staff is really not pleasant at the reception, at the bar and during the meal. They are not attentive to the customers. the city near the hotel is not particularly beautiful and nice to visit. otherwise the building of the hotel is nice and it is quiet.

Where can I begin... First, almost nobody from the Hotel employees were pleased to see us, strange when we are almost the only clients. Second, it was smelling cigarettes all other the place because some people were smoking inside, I asked the recepcionist if she could do something but it seems she was too busy watching a video with sound to the maximum. Wi-fi was s***t. The living room was not clean. It was too much asking for a beer to the server. Swimming pool closed because of "Covid", reality was that the wimming pool was not ready for clients while the gym (if I can call that a gym) was open. Felt like in a prison could not even have a chair to relax outside... So, as you may have understood, I do not recommend this place (and I probably forgot other things). I feel bad living this comment because all the young employees were nice but it was the only positve aspect (and the view maybe).

Wonderful hotel situated on a hill surrounded by a forest. Impeccable clean rooms. Friendly and inviting atmosphere with facilities, services and affordable prices. We stayed on a half board basis. Breakfast buffet was adequate. Dinner although all served dishes on the buffet were well cooked and tasty, could use one or two more main course options. Overall a great experience. Looking fwd to returning in summer.

A lovely hotel situated on the mountain overlooking Mouzaki and the surrounding valley. We had good drinks and food by the pool while enjoying the view of all the green mountains in the distance. We visited in July so the pool was very much appreciated in the 35 degrees heat. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of cooked food, cereal, and fruit. We also indulged in a 30 minute massage followed by 30 minutes in a jacuzzi. There was also a hair salon and gym onsite but we didn’t try either of those. Friendly staff and affordable prices overall. Free parking too! We will definitely be coming back, maybe in winter to experience the snow season.

The worst hotel we ever stayed. Dirty rooms and corridors , completely neglected. Wi-Fi not working , pool empty , gym is a disaster and opens after 11:00am , terrible room and reception services . Horrible hard mattress. Although they confirmed they have a station for charging electric cars when we arrived they informed us they meant a power cable.. . We booked for 3 nights and left after one day . STAY AWAY

Clean rooms and bathrooms. Nice service. Amazing swimming pool. Ok (but not great) food. In total -> one of the best greek hotels we have stayed in.

It was all perfect and great. Just a little "difficult" location. It's on a hill, and the road is a little narrow, but it is fine. The food was great too, and even though we had a little problem at first, when we called the reception, they came running to our room to sort it out. Everything was just amazing.

We had visited this place 11 years ago was fantastic then and still looks great. Had dinner, the food was good. Slightly different to the last time but that's expected after a long time anyway.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful hill over Mouzaki village. We stayed there for 5 days during Easter time. Service not that high level. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Wifi not that strong specially on low level rooms which are not recomended due to lack of view. Prices are normal but we found breakfast poor. There is parking place around the hotel.

The rooms have no soundproofing. We could hear next room as if there was no wall. This is kind of unacceptable because it is still quite expensive for the area. Other than that, service was good, there is a gym and it's quite good, an outdoor pool and some other amenities. The rooms were clean. If you're lucky not to have noisy neighbors, then you should be good.
